عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش حفاظت فنّاوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در جنگ‌‌های رایانه‌‌ای علیه ناجا با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: گستردگی مأموریت‌‌های سازمان نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، لزوم بهره‌‌گیری از سامانه‌‌ها و فنّاوری‌‌های نوین را همچون فنّاوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، بسیار پررنگ کرده و خوشبختانه امروزه جایگاه این فنّاوری در تحقق مأموریت‌‌های ناجا بسیار مهم و اثرگذار است؛ از این‌‌رو، باید با پایش همیشگی وضعیت امنیتی و فنی فنّاوری اطلاعات سازمان، تهدیدها و آسیب‌‌ها را شناسایی و برای پایداری سامانه‌‌ها، آنها را رفع کرد؛ بنابراین در این تحقیق، وضعیت حفاظت فنّاوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات ناجا و سنجش آمادگی آن با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در مقابله با جنگ‌‌های رایانه‌‌ای علیه ناجا بررسی شده است. هدف اصلی تحقیق بررسی «نقش حفاظت فنّاوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در جنگ رایانه‌‌ای علیه ناجا با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل است». روش‌‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف و ماهیت کاربردی و از حیث روش جمع‌‌آوری پیمایشی است، حجم نمونه و آماری یکسان و از نوع «تمام‌‌شمار» است، جامعۀ آماری شامل 35 نفر از خبرگان این موضوع در فاوا ناجا و ساحفاناجا می‌‌باشد و نمونه به تعداد 35 نفر شامل دامنۀ افسران جزء و افسران ارشد و بالاتر است. در این پژوهش، پرسشنامۀ محقق‌‌ساخته با 50 پرسش بسته و طیف لیکرت تهیه شد و پس از توزیع بین دوازده خبره، پایایی و روایی آن با محاسبۀ آلفای کرونباخ صورت گرفت. پس از آن، پرسشنامه به‌‌صورت تمام‌‌شمار هدفمند میان همۀ افراد جامعۀ نمونه توزیع و پس از گردآوری و تحلیل با نرم‌‌افزار spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌‌ها و نتیجه‌‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌‌دهد «وضعیت حفاظت فنّاوری اطلاعات در جنگ‌‌های رایانه‌‌ای علیه ناجا با رویکرد پدافند غیر عامل» با امتیاز 52/16 در حد خیلی خوب است و به الزام‌‌های پدافند غیرعامل فاوا در سطح ناجا، با وجود کمبودهایی، توجه شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluating the Role of IT and Telecommunication Protection on Cyber Wars in NAJA Regarding Passive Defense
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Diversified missions of Islamic republic of Iran police forces enhances the necessity of applying of new systems and technologies like IT and fortunately, today the role of such technology in developing NAJA is very effective as well as important. Therefore with frequent monitoring of security and organization’s status we should identify the threats and damages, remove them in order to stable the systems. Thus in this research the status of NAJA’s IT and telecommunication protection and testing its readiness regarding passive defense for fighting cyber wars against NAJA is evaluated. The research main question is posed in this way: “what is the role of IT and telecommunication protection on cyber wars in NAJA regarding passive defense. The census and sample volume in this research is the same and census type. The population consists of 35 expert of this issue in FAVA NAJA (information and communication technology of police) and SAHEFA NAJA (The organization of police intelligence service) and includes both superior as well as inferior officers. In this study, after evaluating the IT security factors, FAVA passive defense and cyber wars a researcher questionnaire is made by 50 questions according to Lickert then distributed among 12 experts its stability and fluency was determined based Cronbach alpha. Next, the questionnaire distributed among all population sample thereafter the data was analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that: “the situation of IT protection on cyber wars against NAJA regarding passive defense has achieved the score 16.52 which is very good and despite existed shortcomings the passive defense necessities over NAJA is regarded. Finally the researcher, based on research findings has offered his implementations, study and research proposals to high ranking managers and researchers of organization
