تبیین نقش سامانه‌های حفاظتی مؤثر در حفاظت از مکان‌ها و تأسیسات فاتب |

زمینه و هدف: مکان‌ها و تأسیسات همانند سایر موضوع‌های مهم و اساسی در نیروی انتظامی، در معرض خطر و تهدیدهای امنیتی و غیرامنیتی قرار دارند و اقدام‌های حفاظت اطلاعاتی پیرامون آنها در برابر خطرها و تهدیدها، امری ضروری است؛ بنابراین، هدف این تحقیق، شناخت نقش سامانه‌های حفاظتی مؤثر در حفاظت از مکان‌ها و تأسیسات ستاد فاتب است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف «کاربردی» و از نظر روش «توصیفی-تحلیلی» است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر را تمامی فرماندهان، مدیران و کارکنان دخیل در حفاظت اماکن و تأسیسات، همچنین کارشناسان حوزۀ حفاظت و پیشگیری در ستاد فاتب به تعداد 100نفر تشکیل داده‌اند و از آن‌جا که تعداد جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، اندک می‌باشد؛ بنابراین حجم نمونه به‌صورت تمام شمار بوده است. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده در پژوهش، از روایی محتوایی و صوری برخوردار است و پایایی و اعتبار پرسشنامه‌های این تحقیق با محاسبۀ آلفای کرونباخ، مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. مقدار ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل 912/0 به‌دست آمد که نشان دهندۀ وجود پایایی بالایی برای پرسشنامه‌ها می‌باشد. یافته‌های تحقیق: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که تعبیه سامانۀ حفاظت فیزیکی، الکترونیکی و الکتریکی و حفاظت ویژه، تأثیر معناداری بر حفاظت مؤثر از مکان‌ها و تأسیسات ستاد فاتب دارد و از نظر اعضای جامعۀ تحقیق، مؤثرترین روش حفاظتی در ستاد فاتب، حفاظت الکترونیکی و کم‌اثرترین روش، حفاظت فیزیکی می‌باشد. |

Explaining the Role of Effective Protective Systems in the Protection of Places and Facilities of Metropolitan Tehran Police |

Background and objectives: Places and facilities, as well as other important issues in police forces, are at risk and security and non-security threats. Information protection measures against them are imperative. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to recognize the role of effective systems in the protection of places and facilities of Metropolitan Tehran Police. Method: This research is "applied" and "descriptive-analytic". The statistical population of the present research consists of 100 people in all the commanders, managers and staff involved in the protection of places and facilities, as well as experts in the field of protection and prevention at the Fateb Headquarters; the number of statistical population of the research is small; therefore, the total sample size have been selected. The questionnaires used in the research had the content and face validity and reliability of the questionnaires of this research have been measured by Cronbach's alpha. The total Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.912, indicating a high reliability for the questionnaires. Findings and conclusion: The findings of this study showed that the embedding of physical, electronic and electrical protection and special protection system has a significant effect on the effective protection of the headquarters. According to the members of the research community, the most effective method of protection at the headquarters is electronic protection and the less effective method is physical protection. |
