چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and aim: Preventive measures and security qualitative statements or operational approaches by protecting information require the availability of appropriate information intelligence for staff and missions of the NAJA, these aristocrats, with the participation of NAJA staff, will be able to cooperate with the information security of the NAJA category information, thus , The Information Protection Agency should identify and promote the factors that affect the employee's information collaboration. And this research was also aimed at identifying influential motivational issues in the information collaboration of NAJA staff with the Information Protection Agency in the current situation and future horizons. Methodology: The statistical population of the study consisted of 445 people and 209 subjects. Using Morgan's table, they were randomly selected using a researcher-made sixty questionnaire with five sets of Likert spectrum questionnaires, using descriptive and inferential statistics and statistical tests. Findings and Conclusions: Sub-organizational motivational factors as a third grade are effective in protecting employees' information co-operation and there is no significant difference between the status quo and the future horizons. Among the components of this dimension, belief motivation is ranked first.
