عنوان فارسی بررسی قاعده منع شکنجه و رفتارهای مشابه دیگر در حقوق ایران و انگلستان و با نگاهی بر اسناد حقوق بشر
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: اکثر کنوانسیون های حقوق بشری بر ممنوعیت مطلق شکنجه و رفتارهای مشابه آن تأکید کرده اند از این رو اکثر کشورها از جمله ایران و انگلستان در قوانین داخلی خود به این موضوع پرداخته اند. هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر تبیین وتشریح جایگاه قاعده مذکوردر حقوق ایران وانگلستان و بررسی آن در اسناد حقوق بشری است. روش: روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی – تحلیلی و اطلاعات مقاله به صورت اسنادی – کتابخانه ای از طریق فیش برداری گرداوری شده است. یافته ها: ممنوعیت شکنجه و رفتارهای مشابه در اکثر اسناد حقوق بشری بطور مطلق پذیرفته شده است و در ایران و انگلستان با توجه به قواعد حاکم بر حقوق داخلی خود آن را منع کرده اند. نتییجه گیری: لزوم اقدامات بیشتر و برخورد هر چه وسیع تر جامعه جهانی به خصوص در قوانین ایران و انگلستان در جهت مبارزه با شکنجه و رفتارهای مشابه آن.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Context and objective: Most conventions on human rights of the absolute prohibition on torture and its similar treatment has been emphasized, so most countries such as Iran and England (uk) have taken this rule into consideration in their domestic laws. In this paper the main objective is the Explanation and description concerning the status of the rule of law in Iran and England (uk) and review documents of human rights. Methodology: the research method in this paper is descriptive and analytical and The accumulated data are documents - library based references. Findings: The prohibition on torture and its similar treatment In most documents of human rights are absolutely accepted and the Iran and England (uk) according to the rules governing it domestic law that have prohibited. Results: Necessary to further treat the wider international community especially in Iran and uk laws to suppression against torture and its similar treatment.
