چکیده زمینه و هدف: میانجی‌گری به عنوان یک رویه حقوقی و سیاسی برای حل و فصل اختلافات بین‌المللی از تاریخ طولانی برخوردار است . اما از مهم‌ترین چالش‌هایی که جوامع بین‌المللی نیز تاکنون با آن روبه‌رو بوده است عدم توجه به مشارکت زنان در این گونه برنامه‌ها است. حال آن که بررسی تجربه مشارکت زنانی که در فرایندهای حل‌وفصل اختلافات حضور داشته‌اند بیانگر نتایج متفاوتی است. بنابراین این مقاله بر آن است تا علاوه بر تشریح عملکرد شورای امنیت سازمان ملل در زمینه میانجی‌گری زنان ، تجربه کشورهای آسیایی را در این زمینه مورد بررسی قرار داده و در نهایت چالش‌ها و موانع موجود در مسیر مشارکت زنان را مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار دهد. |

Because always marginalized and don’t have opportunity for attend. While the checking experiences of women's participation in the dispute settlement process, show different conclusions. The results of study show the skills of women compared to men, to understand the needs and demands of conflict parties is high , Because they use cooperation and compromise manner to resolve their differences, And this causes the formation of friendly relations were at their highest level, and the end injury, desires and needs of the parties Considered better . However this article try to explain the functioning of the Security Council about of female mediation, considered the experience of Asian countries' in this field and finally considered the challenges in the subject . |
