خشونت خانگی علیه زنان در محیط خانواده از قدیم الایام وجود داشته اما تنها چند سالی است که کشورهای مختلف جهان آن را به عنوان مسئله ی مهمی تلقی کرده و به اقداماتی به منظور رسیدگی به وضعیت بغرنج زنان قربانی سوء رفتار دست زده اند، چرا که وقوع این پدیده، ضربات جبران ناپذیری بر پیکر خانواده و فرزندان وارد می کند، تاثیرات مخربی بر زن خشونت دیده می گذارد و ارتکاب جرایم توسط بزه دیدگان آن را در اینده افزایش می دهد. از این رو به منظور مقابله با این پدیده فعالان حقوق زنان و سیاست گذاران کشورهای دنیا بر آن شدند تا با شناساندن زنان به عنوان یکی از مهمترین گروه های بزه دیدگان اسیب پذیر و نامناسب نشان دادن این پدیده در سطح جامعه و افزایش حساسیت نسبت به این موضوع، سعی در کاهش نرخ اینگونه جرایم در خانواده، اصلاح عاملان و درمان بزه دیدگان آن نمایند. در این میان پلیس از جمله نهادهای سیاست جنایی است که نقش های دو گانه ی قضایی و پیشگیری ایفا می کند. در عین حال، ساختار گسترده آن و حضور فعال در کلیه بخش های اجتماعی از جمله امتیازاتی است که اهمیت نقش دهی و نقش پذیری پلیس در پاسخ دهی به خشونت خانگی علیه بانوان را دو چندان می کند. پلیس به دلیل امکان بکارگیری قانونی و مشروع زور و حضور مستمر در سطح جامعه می تواند با در نظر گرفتن تدابیری همچون اگاهی و آموزش بانوان، تربیت افسران اموزش دیده و الحاق یک دیدگاه جنسیتی در تدوین سیاست های امنیتی نقش موثری در پیشگیری از جرایم و حمایت از زنان بزه دیده خشونت خانگی ایفا نماید |

domestic violence has been in existence in the family since ancient times but it has been only a few years that different countries in the world have considered it as an important issue and have take measures to deal with the complicated conditions of woman a bused since this phenomenon causes irreversible damages to the structure of the family and children and it can also have a devastating impact on the woman a bused and in turn it increased the crimes committed by victims the future. consequently in order to deal with this phenomenon activitists working in the field of womens rights and policy makers of the world are to identify women as one of the most vulnerable groups of victims and also to show this phenomenon in appropriate in the society and they try to reduce the rate of such crimes in the family and to reform and modify the behavior of perpetrators and to treat and rehabilitate the victims. among these factors the police are one of the institutions of criminal policy. which can play a dual role: judicial and preventive yet the wide structure of the police and their active presence in all social sectors is among the concessions that double the importance of the police role and their acceptence of the role in response to domestic violence against woman. due to the use of legitimate and legal force and continuous presence in the community the police can take measures such as giving a warness and educating woman and training the recruited police offices and incorporating a gender perspective in the formulation of security police to play an important role in crime prevention and supporting female victims of domestic violence. |
