Today cyberspace finds its own special role and has attracted the world's attention greatly. Cyberspace important influence in the affairs (of the most basic acts of daily life to most critical measures in a country, has given the importance to this new phenomenon. On the other hand, given the characteristics of the space, such as its dynamics and variability in various fields, gaps and challenges arise. This trend whether in developed countries or developing countries occurs and because of that governments take the necessary measures in the various fields including structural, legislative and policy making to overcome their problems. Advanced countries in this area, which are kind of standard for other countries, by issuing and ratifying documents such as strategies, policies, guidelines, rules, constituting organizations and coordinating measures try to deal with cyber attacks and cyber crimes. This study, which used descriptive and analytical methods, suggest deployment of inventory patterns by other countries with emphasis on localizing .Thus, in addition to take account the experience of others, its better given to specific cultural, political, economic and ideological condition of our country , develop the policies and legislation. |
