بر رفتارهای پرخطر (اختلال « شادی » بررسی تاثیر برنامه پیشگیری از اعتیاد سلوک و اختلال رفتار مقابله ای) نوجوانان در معرض خطر مصرف مواد مخدر |

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی، ارزیابی و اجرای دوره آموزشی پیشگیری از سوء مصرف مواد برای نوجوانان در معرض خطر و بررسی تاثیر این الگو بر رفتار های پرخطر (اختلال سلوک و اختلال رفتار مقابله ای) ایجاد کننده اختلال سوء مصرف مواد مخدر بود. فرضیه پژوهشی این بود که الگوی پیشگیری بر کاهش اختلال های سلوک و اختلال رفتار مقابله ای (لجبازی) و به طور کلی اختلال های رفتاری « شادی » به عنوان عوامل خطر برای سوء مصرف مواد می پردازد. جهت طراحی دوره، نظریه های سوء مصرف مواد، پیشگیری، الگوهای پیشگیری، منابع مرتبط و نظرات متخصصان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و با توجه به پیشینه نظری و تجربی پژوهش، دوره مذکور طراحی و تدوین شد و مورد تایید ده نفر از اساتید روان شناسی (با مدرک دکترا و با تجربه کار آموزشی در زمینه ی پیشگیری از سوء مصرف مواد) رسید. توافق داوران در مورد دوره مذکور بیانگر آن است که دوره طراحی شده از روایی لازم برای اجرا برخوردار می باشد. نمونه مشارکت کننده در پژوهش به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب شد. الگوی طراحی شده بر روی گروه آزمایش ( 15 نفر) به اجرا در آمد و گروه کنترل ( 15 نفر) کاربندی دریافت نکرد. طرح پژوهشی از نوع پیش آزمون – پس به منظور سنجش اختلال (ASEBA) آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. پرسشنامه سنجش مبتنی بر تجربه آخنباخ سلوک و اختلال رفتار مقابله ای بر روی گروه های آزمایش و کنترل به اجرا در آمد. الگوی طراحی شده به مدت شانزده هفته به اجرا در آمد. در نهایت، داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در اختلال سلوک و اختلال رفتار مقابله ای در گروه آزمایشنسبت به گروه کنترل مشاهده شد و دوره مذکور اثر معناداری بر کاهش اختلال های سلوک و تضادورزی می تواند در سطح گسترده ای به عنوان پیشگیری اولیه از مصرف مواد « شادی » داشته است. الگوی پیشگیری در نوجوانان کاربرد داشته باشد. |

Reviewing the Impact of Addiction Prevention Program (Cheer) on Hazardous Behavior (Behavior anomaly and comparative behavior anomaly) of Juvenile Prone to Drugs Abuse Hazard |

The present research aims at designing, evaluating and implementing drugs' abuse prevention training courses (cheer) for juvenile prone to hazard ,and reviewing the impact of the pattern on hazardous behavior (behavior anomaly and comparative behavior anomaly) leading to drug abuse. The research hypothesis argues that prevention pattern deals with reduction of behavior anomaly and counter- behavior anomaly and counter- behavior anomaly, and in general as hazard factors for drug abuse. Drug abuse theories, prevention, prevention patterns, relevant resources and experts' comments reviewed for designing the program. With respect to theoretical and experimental background of the research,the above-mentioned program designed and developed, and it was confirmed by ten psychology professors holding PhD degree as well as relevant experience in terms of drugs abuse prevention. Agreement of referees on the content of the program indicates that the designed pattern is reliable enough to be conducted. The contributor sample in the research selected randomly. The designed pattern implemented trially on 15 individuals, and control group did not receive anything in this regard. The research projects were of «pre and ante-test» type with control group. Assessment questionnaire based on Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment (ASEBA) conducted to assess behavior anomaly and counter-behavior anomaly on trial and control groups. The designed pattern implemented for sixteen weeks. Finally, the data reviewed through using covariance analysis. Results of the research implies that there is a significant difference between behavior anomaly and counterbehavior anomaly in trial group compared with control group, and the aforesaid period has had significant impact on reducing behavior anomaly and conflict. Prevention pattern (Cheer) may be applicable in a wide range as initial step for preventing juvenile from drug abuse. |
