عنوان فارسی رابطه احساس امنیت شهروندان با عملکرد پلیس (مورد مطالعه: محدوده کلانتری شهرک شهید رجایی (ساختمان) شهر مشهد)
چکیده فارسی مقاله تأمین امنیت و افزایش احساس امنیت شهروندان از مهم ترین وظایف و تکالیف حکومت(دولت) به حساب می آید، زیرا انسان ایمن، سرشار از انگیزه است و برای هر گونه پیشرفت، مستعد و مهیا می باشد و همواره به باروری، تجربه های تازه و کشف مسائل جدید نیازمند است. هدف از این پژوهش رابطه احساس امنیت با عملکرد پلیس در محدوده کلانتری شهرک شهید رجایی شهر مشهد می باشد. روش پژوهش پیمایشی است که با ابزار پرسشنامه 252 نفر از شهروندان در حوزه کلانتری شهرک شهید رجایی شهر مشهد در سال 1395 به روش خوشه ای انتخاب و پرسشنامه میان آنها توزیع و تکمیل شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های آماری T-test، تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه (Anova) و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان دهنده آن است که احساس امنیت در بین شهروندان در حد خیلی کم وجود دارد. همچنین بین احساس امنیت شهروندان محدوده کلانتری شهرک شهید رجایی شهر مشهد و شاخص های عملکرد پلیس رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Relationship between Citizens’ Societal Security and Police Performance (Case Study: Police Station in Shahid Rajaei Residential Complex, Mashad)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Providing citizens with security and enhancing citizens’ security feeling is among most important missions and responsibilities of governments/administrations, because safe human beings are full of motivation, and willingly opt to achieve progress, and they are always in need of new experiments and exploring new issues. The present research aims at looking into the relationship between societal security feeling and police performance in the realm of activity of Shahid Rajaei police station. The research is of survey type. N= 252 selected from among residents of the residential complex located in the area of the activity of the relevant police station. The respondents were selected through cluster sampling method and they were asked to fill in the questionnaire. T-test, Anova and Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the data. The research findings indicate that the security feeling level is so low. It also came out that there is significant relationship between security feeling on the part of citizens of Shahid Rajaei residential complex of Mashad and police performance indices. However, although there is no significant relationship between police professional behavior and security feeling, there is direct relationship between police capability and social activity, and enhancement of security feeling on the part of citizens of Shahid Rajaei residential complex.
