توسعه سازمان به نیروی انسانی و رشد نیروی انسانی در گرو تربیت و آموزش مستمر و صحیح است. به این منظور مبالغ زیادی در دوره‌های آموزشی هزینه می‌شوند که افزایش بازده این هزینه‌ها می‌تواند در ارتقاء بهره‌وری سازمان مؤثر باشد. شناسایی موانع و عوامل موثر در افت سطح آموزش و تلاش به منظور رفع آنها در کیفیت دوره‌های آموزشی تأثیرگذار است و به مدیران و تصمیم گیران کمک می‌کند بر بازده آموزش بیافزایند و به سازمان خود کمک کنند. در این بررسی افت تحصیلی و عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش معرفی و به صورت ویژه به علل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش فراگیران درجه داری رسته مخابرات ناجا از نظر مربیان آموزشی پرداخته شده است. این بررسی که با تحلیل به روش استخوان ماهی و دریافت نظرات مربیان از طریق پرسشنامه، انجام شد نشان داد تدابیر سازمانی و ویژگی‌های فردی فراگیران در سیستم آموزش بدو خدمت کنونی مخابرات ناجا بیشترین تأثیر را دارند و پایین بودن پایه علمی و مشکلات انگیزشی فراگیران از علل اصلی افت آموزش فراگیران درجه داری رسته مخابرات محسوب می‌شوند. |

A Review of the Factors Influencing the Quality of Education at NAJA's Communications-Category Sergeant Training |

The development of organization dedpends on human forces, and maturity of a human force is dependent on correct and continuous education. For this target, high costs are paid for training courses. An increase in the efficiency of teaching costs is efficient in the improvement of organization's productivity. Identification of the barriers and factors contributing to the decline of teaching quality as well as making attempts to remove them have effects on the quality of the training courses, and help managers and policy-makers increase training productivity and thus support their organization. In this paper, educational decline and the factors affecting training quality have been introduced. Particularly the decline of NAJA's Communications-Category Sergeant Training has been investigated from the viewpoints of instructors. This analysis was conducted using fish bone method. The views of Shahid Chamran Training Center instructors were received through questionnaires. The results of the study indicated that organizational arrangements and individual characteristics of trainees in the education system of NAJA's current pre-service training scheme for the communications category cadets are most effective factors. Moreover, motivational problems and low academic status of apprentices were major loss factors of training sergeants of communications category in Shahid Chamran Training Center. |
