چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده: مقدمه: تحقیق حاضر با مطالعه اثربخشی آموزش‌های دوره دافوس در میان دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد فرماندهی و مدیریت انتظامی و تاثیر آن برای دستیابی به اهداف و برنامه های آموزشی مورد مطالعه مربوط به دوره 19 دافوس از منظر فرماندهان ومدیران از یک سو و نظر دانش آموختگان از سوی دیگر، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. روش شناسی تحقیق: روش تحقیق، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بوده و از ابزار پرسشنامه، برای جمع آوری اطلاعات بهره برداری شده و داده‌های مربوط به آن از طریق نرم افزار SPSS، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرارگرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی فرماندهان ودانش آموختگان دوره19دافوس بوده که نظرات تعداد47 دانش آموخته و43 نفر از فرماندهان ومدیران در این زمینه اخذ گردیده است. پرسشنامه به دو شیوه طراحی شده است. درشیوه اول،اثربخشی آموزش های دافوس به منظور ارزشیابی و اثربخشی این دوره از منظر دانش آموختگان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. در شیوه دوم، پرسشنامه ارزشیابی و اثربخشی این دوره از منظر فرماندهان و مدیران آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مقدار آلفای پرسشنامه، بالاتر از 90 درصد بیانگر روایی مناسب این پرسشنامه ها بوده است. یافته های تحقیق: یافته های تحقیق، نشان می دهد که میزان تغییرات عملکردی و رفتاری دانش آموختگان در دروس نظری و ولی در حوزه عملی (فعالیت های پژوهشی و فرهنگی) و کار در عرصه، سخت تر شکل می گیرد. درباره میزان اثربخشی دروس ارائه شده برای دستیابی به اهداف کلی برنامه آموزشی در دوره دافوس نشان می دهد که از میان هفده عنوان، دروس:مدیریت بحران، جغرافیای امنیتی- انتظامی، اثربخش نبوده اما پانزده درس دیگر اثربخش بوده است. همچنین میزان اثربخشی دروس ارائه شده برای دستیابی به اهداف تخصصی برنامه تفصیلی در دوره دافوس نشان می دهد که از بین هفده درس، تنها دریک درس تحت عنوان،مدیریت بحران،اثربخش نبوده است. اما شانزده درس دیگر اثربخش بوده است. اما درس مدیریت بحران در هیچکدام از اهداف کلی و تخصصی این دوره، اثربخش نبوده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study investigated the effectiveness of postgraduate training in leadership and police management courses Its main target to achieve the objectives of the training and its impact on the course of the study from the perspective of Command and General Staff 19 police officers and managers on the one hand and alumni regarding other hand, has been studied. Research method is descriptive survey of expressed questionnaire to collect information and data relating to its operations through a statistical analysis by spss. The population consisted of all officers and graduates who are studying in Command and General Staff 19 comments of 47 graduates and 43 commanders and managers in the field are taken. The questionnaire was designed in two ways In the first approach, the effectiveness of training in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the course in terms of Command and General Staff graduates have been studied. In the second method, and the effectiveness of the course evaluation questionnaires were analyzed from the perspective of leaders and managers. Inventory alpha value above 90% indicates the validity of the questionnaire. The results show that the performance and behavior of graduates in academic knowledge and vision changes easier, but in the area of operations (research and cultural activities) and field work, the harder forms.About the effectiveness of training courses offered to achieve the overall objectives of the course Command and General Staff show that among the seventeen courses: crisis management, security and law enforcement geography, fifteen lessons effective, but it is no longer effective. Maximum effectiveness of courses: human resources management and leadership principles, a good level evaluation.In other words, the most effective and specialized courses to achieve the overall objectives Command and General Staff courses, is the courses in human resource management and leadership principles above 60 percent (although the effectiveness of the courses had), but the management of the crisis in any of the overall objectives of the course and this specialized course is not effective.
