چکیده فارسی مقاله تربیت و آموزش نیروی انسانی متخصص و ماهر در ناجا با توجه به گستردگی و پیچیدگی وظایف از اهداف بسیار مهمی است که باید توجه ویژه‌ای به آن مبذول کرد. در همین راستا به منظور افزایش توانایی و مهارت پرسنل ناجا دانشگاه علوم انتظامی از سال 1377 بصورت گرایشی و از سال 1380 به صورت رشته‌ای به پذیرش و آموزش دانشجویان پرداخته و آموزش تخصصی را سرلوحه برنامه‌ریزی‌های خود قرار داده است افسران ناجا پس از فارغ التحصیلی از این دانشکده و در طول خدمت نیز به شیوه های مختلف مورد آموزش قرار می گیرند و دوره های تخصصی و عمومی مختلفی برای آنها برگزار می گردد. محقق در پژوهش حاضر در پی‌ آن است تا تأثیر دوره های آموزشی تخصصی و عمومی را بر میزان مهارتهای شغلی و تخصصی افسران و کارکنان بخش های مختلف نیروی انتظامی قم بررسی نماید.

If you do not have confidence that the training course has done and the cost of investment and resources to plan and implement specialized training courses and it would be senseless. The reason for choosing this research is to know what problems in learning the skills necessary to the security personnel there and keep making positive changes in their behavior is a skill. The present study sought to investigate the structure and function of training courses in police science to answer this fundamental question that education on how much force officers has been successful in providing job skills?
