عنوان فارسی بررسی نیازسنجی آموزشی کارکنان نیروی انتظامی منطقه شهر ری
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف پژوهش حاضر نیازسنجی کارکنان نیروی انتظامی منطقه شهر ری می‌باشد. بنابراین روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع پیمایشی و تکنیک به کار گرفته شده، تکنیک نمونه گیری و استفاده از پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری در این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان نیروی انتظامی منطقه شهر ری می‌باشد. نمونه آماری این پژوهش به 75 نفر تعیین گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه 29 سوالی محقق ساخته‌ای است که بر اساس مطالعات عمیق و مصاحبه با متخصصان و به کمک اساتید متخصص تهیه شده است از آنجایی که پرسشنامه این تحقیق محقق ساخته بوده و علاوه بر آن سئوالات آن به رویت چند تن از کارشناسان مربوطه رسیده و مطابق با نظرات آنان اصلاحات اندکی به خصوص در ترجمه و معادل سازی به عمل آمده است لذا روایی آن به طریق محتوائی حاصل شده است ضریب الفای کرونباخ کل پرسشنامه برابر 91/0 محاسبه شده است. در این تحقیق ابتدا 9 نیاز آموزشی از طریق پرسش از صاحب‌نظران خبره و پیشینه‌های نظری و تجربی تحقیق شناسایی شدند سپس از طریق پرسشنامه بسته جهت تایید یا حذف عوامل در بین افراد نمونه آماری توزیع گردید. نتایج حاصل از رتبه‌بندی نیازهای آموزشی نشان داد که به ترتیب «نیاز توسعه ای» و «نیاز حل مسئله» در بالاترین و پایین ترین رتبه‌ها قرار داشتند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study was to assess the police forces of Ray district. Therefore, the method of this research is survey and the technique used, the sampling technique and the use of the questionnaire. The statistical population in this research includes all the police personnel of Shahreira district. The statistical sample of this study was determined to 75 people. The data gathering tool in this research is a questionnaire of 29 researcher-made questions that is based on deep studies and interviews with experts and with the help of professors. Since the questionnaire of this research has been made and in addition to the questions it is presented by several experts. Respectively, and, according to their views, there have been few modifications, especially in translation and equation, so its validity has been achieved through content. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the whole questionnaire has been calculated to be 0.91. In this research, nine educational needs were first identified through questionnaires from experts and theoretical and empirical research backgrounds. Then they were distributed through a closed questionnaire to confirm or eliminate factors among the sample population. The results of rating educational needs indicated that "development need" and "problem solving need" were in the highest and lowest rank respectively.
