چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف اصلی این پژوهش مطالعه تطبیقی عملکرد فرماندهان صف(خدمت کرده و خدمت نکرده) در یگان های اجرایی،در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین از منظر دانشجویان مصوب می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نوع تحقیقی- توصیفی و به لحاظ نوع داده ها کمی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین به تعداد 1500 نفر می باشد که بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 300 نفر از دانشجویان به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک بهره گرفته شده و ابزار جمع آوری اطالعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به عنوان ابزار اصلی و از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مستندات به عنوان مکمل استفاده شده است. برای تعیین روایی پرسش نامه محقق ساخته، از روایی نمادی استفاده گردید که با بهره گیری از نظرات و پیشنهاد های اساتید و کارشناسان امر، مورد تأیید واقع شد.مقدار ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرشنامه به ترتیب ابعاد تحقیق به ترتیب 90 ،%85،%92 %و ضریب کل پرسشنامه 92 %به دست آمد که حاکی از پایایی قابل قبولی می باشد. برای نرمال بودن داده ها ابتدا از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف )s-k )و سپس از آزمون t مستقل به وسیله نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون نشان می دهد که فرماندهان صف خدمت کرده در یگان های اجرایی عملکرد بهتری از فرماندهان صف خدمت نکرده در یگان های اجرایی داشتند. بر اساس دیدگاه صاحبنظران عملکرد فرماندهان صف خدمت کرده با توجه به طیف 5 ارزشی لیکرت باالتر از حد متوسط قرار دارند. با مقایسه میانگین معیارها در فرماندهان صف خدمت کرده)55.3 )نسبت به فرماندهان صف خدمت نکرده)71.2 )به میزان )84 )%از یکدیگر فاصله دارند. بر اساس نتایج حاصله بین عملکرد فرماندهان صف خدمت کرده و خدمت نکرده در یگان های اجرای تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی A comparative study of the performance of commandant's staff (served and not serviced in executive units) (Case study: Amin Police University)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objectives: Considering the huge contribution and the role of the commandant’s staff in educating and training students of Amin University, it is imperative that these groups of commanders have the necessary experience and sophistication in this field. Therefore, the present study aimed at comparing the performance of commandant’s staff (serviced and not serviced in executive units) at Amin University from the viewpoint of approved students. Methodology: This research methodology is descriptive-survey and based on the type of data is quantitative. Statistical population of the research is about 1500 of Amin University students which 300 of them were randomly selected based on the Morgan table and using systematic sampling. The questionnaire was used as a main tool to collect data and, desk study was utilized as a secondary source of research. Symbolic comparison task was used to determine the validity of the provided questionnaire which confirmed using the viewpoints and recommendations of the professors and experts. To check the normality of the data, at first, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used and then the independent t-test applied by SPSS. Findings: By comparing the average of the criteria in the serviced commandant’s staff (3.55) to not serviced commandant’s staff (2.71), the distance between them is 84%.Considering the significance level obtained, sig=0.01% and t=7.40 can be judged with 95% confidence that there is a significant difference between the performance of commandant’s staff (serviced and not serviced) in executive units. Conclusion: The results of the test indicate that the serviced commandant’s staff in the executive units had better performance than the not serviced commandant’s staff.
