The purpose of this study is to explain the components of leadership in educational organizations from the point of view of the Holy Qur'an. This research is applied in terms of applied method and in terms of method, descriptive-compilation and data collection method, document analysis and analysis of data based on thematic analysis. The interpretation of Qur'anic light was selected as the research sample and 4000 associated identifiers were extracted and coded during the coding process, components of importance and position, characteristics, principles, preferences, and leadership functions. Finally, the leadership of Khid-Khour was identified as inclusive subject matter. Based on the results from the perspective of the Qur'an, the leadership, pillar and exalting authority of the organization are considered and 37 characteristics of leadership are divided into subordinate components of belief, ethics and individual. In the dimension of the principles of the principle, 32 principles such as trust in God and divine motivation, alignment with divine traditions, and in the element of non-necessity, 40 cases such as injustice, mistreatment, ignorance, negligence and in the part of duties, 39 tasks such as planning, thought and decision-making, and ultimately all The components are organized under the leadership of Khid-Khour. |
