بررسی نقش جغرافیا در امنیت ملی |

امروزه جغرافیای نوین، آن بخش از این علم است که در طرح های امنیتی - عمرانی برنامه های توسعه ، به صورت فعال نقش داشته و به نوعی جایگاه اصلی خود را در مباحث امنیتی بیش از پیش پیدا کر ده است . شناخت روابط انسان و محیط به عنوان یک بخش بسیار مؤثر در مقابل تهدیدهای بشری به حساب می آید در این زمینه رویارویی انسان با محیط اطرافش از حیث مباحث امنیتی بخش قابل توجه آن است. امروزه مؤلفه های جغرافیایی را در دو سطح جوامع انسانی باید با دیدگاه جدید امنیت زایی مورد توجه قرارداد. هر یک از این مؤلفه ها به تنهایی می تواند در صورت تعریف امنیتی از آن و قرار دادن در مسیر موردنظر، از میزان قابل توجهی از مباحث امنیت زایی جدید بهره مند شوند. روش تحقیق در نگارش مقاله توصیفی - تحلیلی است که پس از مطالعه و بررس ی توصیفی از موقعیت، یک تحقیق از این مطالعه منتشر شده است. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد استفاده محققان از نوع کتابخانه ای آزاد است. نتیجه این مقاله بیانگر این است که جغرافیا و امنیت در دو مقوله جدا از هم و در عین حال مکمل؛ یعنی جغرافیای امنیتی و امنیت جغرافیایی قابل طرح است؛ یکی رویکرد درونی و ماهیت شناسانه و دیگری رویکرد بیرونی یا معرفت شناسانه. امنیت ملی توانایی دولت ها برای حفظ هویت مستقل و تمامیت کاربردی آنهاست؛ بنابراین جغرافیا در عرصه امنیت پژوهی بیشتر بر وجه مصداقی آن تأکید دارد. |

The Role of Geography in National Security |

Today the new geography is that part of science that is actively involved in the security - construction development plans, and somehow found its position in the security issues.Understanding the relationship between humans and the environment is considered as an important part of humans’ threats against them; in this context human encounter with his surroundings in terms of security issue is a considerable proportion of it. Today, the geographical component must be considered in two levels of human communities with a view to creating a new security.Each of these factors alone could be accounted when it is defined in terms security put in the path, would get the benefit of creating the new security issues. The methodology of this study is of a descriptive-analytic type which has been released after the study and descriptive investigation of the condition. The data collection process is of a free library study type. The results suggest that the geography and security are two distinct, and at the same time, complementary components, i.e., security geography and geography security. One of them has an internal and nature approach and the other external and epistemological approach. The national security is the capacity of governments to maintain an independent identity and functional integrity. So, geography emphasizes on the applied ways in the arena of security research. |
