عنوان فارسی تبیین نقش و اهمیت بازارچه های مرزی بر توسعه پایدار نواحی پیرامونی (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان بیله سوار)
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه توسعه بازارچه های مرزی از شناخته شده ترین روش ها ی توسعه اقتصادی نواحی مرزی است . بازارچه های مرزی ضمن تأمین سطح قابل توجهی از نیاز مردم مرزنشین از طریق مبادلات مرزی، به فروکش کردن قاچاق کالا، کاهش جرایم و ناآرامی، تقویت معیشت مرزنشینان و توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و امنیتی این مناطق کمک کرده اند. هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی نقش و اهمیت بازارچه های مرزی در توسعه پایدار نواحی پیرامونی است. فرض اصلی تحقیق بر این است که بازارچه های مرزی نقش فزاینده ای در توسعه پایدار نواحی پیرامونی خود دارد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد بازارچه های مرزی نقش اساسی در بهبود استانداردهای زندگی مردم، کاهش فقر، افزایش درآمد، افزایش تولید و اشتغال، کاهش مهاجرت و کاهش ناهمگنی های قومی و فرهنگی نواحی مرزی داشته است. همچنین در این تحقیق به تحلیل نقش و اهمیت بازارچه های مرزی در توسعه مناطق پیرامونی آن پرداخته شده است. بر این اساس بازارچه بیله سوار در استان اردبیل به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد و با تحلیل داده ها و اطلاعات با استفاده از روش توصیفی - تحلیلی به شیوه کتابخانه ای و میدانی (تجربی) مصاحبه و مشاهده ، نقش و اهمیت بازارچه های مرزی در توسعه اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و امنیتی مناطق مرزی اطراف بازارچه، ارزیابی شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Explaining the Role and Importance of Border Markets in Sustainable Development in of Surrounding Areas (Case Study: Bilehsavar City)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Today, the development of border markets is considered as one of the most known methods of border areas economic development. Border markets have contributed to the frontiersmen by providing a significant level of need of the people through the border exchange, smuggling trade subsides, reducing crime and unrest, improving frontiers’ livelihoods and economic, socio-cultural and security of these areas. The general aim of this study was to investigate the role and importance of establishing border markets in the sustainable development of surrounding areas. The main research assumption is that the border markets have an increasing role in the sustainable development of their surrounding areas. The research findings indicate that the border markets had a major role in improving the living standards of the people, reducing poverty, increasing income, production and employment promotion, reducing immigration and led to ethnic and cultural homogeneity in the border areas. Meanwhile, the study has addressed the analysis of the role and importance of border markets in sustainable development in of the surrounding areas. Based on this, Bilehsavar border market in Ardabil province was selected as the research sample. The role and importance of border market in the economic, cultural, social, and security development around border areas has been assessed by data analysis using descriptive and analytical method, library and field studies (experimental), interviews and observations.
