عنوان فارسی تبیین کارکرد مرز در تأمین امنیت استان آذربایجان غربی
چکیده فارسی مقاله ایجاد کارکردهای مختلف در مناطق مرزی و به‌تبع آن استقرار امکانات و خدمات، زمینه بهبود و توسعه متوازن و همه‌جانبه و کاهش فاصله با مناطق داخلی و درنهایت به شکل‌گیری امنیت پایدار استان کمک می‌کند. هدف تحقیق حاضر تبیین کارکردهای مرز (اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و امنیتی- دفاعی) در تأمین امنیت استان آذربایجان غربی است. روش پژوهش حاضر تحلیلی ـ توصیفی است. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها از دو شیوه کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (پرسشنامه محقق ساخته) بهره گرفته‌شده است. جامعه آماری 5 شهرستان استان آذربایجان غربی و حجم نمونه 250 پرسشنامه است که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی (از طریق مراجعه به منطقه و مشاهدات محلی، مصاحبه و توزیع پرسشنامه بین کارگران، شاغلان بخش‌های خصوصی، دولتی و مردم محلی) انتخاب‌شده است. شاخص‌های موردبررسی کارکردهای مرز شامل: کارکرد اقتصادی، کارکرد اجتماعی- فرهنگی و کارکرد سیاسی در قالب 31 گویه است. ابزار تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، برای بررسی میزان تأثیرگذاری هریک از کارکردها در تأمین امنیت استان از مدل‌سازی معـادلات ساختاری (LISREL) و فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای (ANP) استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد ایجاد کارکردهای مختلف اقتصادی در نواحی مرزی استان تأثیرگذارترین عامل در تأمین امنیت استان می‌باشند. هراندازه شاخص‌های مختلف کارکرد مرز در طرح‌ها و برنامه‌های توسعه موردتوجه قرار بگیرد و برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت درستی و دقیقی در مراحل مختلف اجرای آن‌ها به کار گرفته شود بیش تر و سهل‌تر در راستای امنیت پایدار گام برداشته می‌شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Explaining the Functioning of Border Security in West Azerbaijan Province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Creating various functions in border areas, and consequently the establishment of facilities and services paves the ways for improving a balanced and comprehensive development and bridging the gap with the inland areas and finally helps to the formation of sustainable security in the Province. The aim of this study is to explain the functions of the border (economic, political, socio-cultural and defense and security) in providing security in West Azerbaijan Province. The research has been conducted in a descriptive-analytic method. The Library research and field study (researcher-made questionnaire) were employed for data collection. The statistical population included 5 towns in West Azerbaijan Province. The sample size was set at 250 individuals who were selected using simple random sampling method (they were selected by referring to the region and local observations, interviews and a questionnaire survey among the workers, practitioners, private and governmental sectors, and local people). The examined indices of border functions include: economic function, socio-cultural function and political function in the form of 31 questions. To evaluate the effectiveness of each of the functions in providing security in the province the structural equation modeling (LISREL) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) were employed. The results show that creating various economic activities in the border areas of the province is the most influential factor in providing security in the Province. The more various indices of border functioning in projects and programs of development is taken into considerations and accurate planning and monitoring their implementation is used at different stages, the more and easier steps are taken toward sustainable security
