یکی از پدیده‌هایی که امروزه به‌عنوان یک معضل اقتصادی و اجتماعی و حتی امنیتی در مناطق مرزی سبب شده است تا زمینه‌های مناسبی جهت ایجاد اشتغال سالم و پایدار ایجاد نگردد، سودآوری بالای قاچاق مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان‌ها می‌باشد که باعث گردیده ساکنین این مناطق به فعالیت‌های غیرقانونی نظیر (قاچاق مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان‌ها، اسلحه، سوخت و غیره) روی‌آورند. بازرگان یکی از شهرهای مرزنشین استان آذربایجان غربی و از همه مهم‌تر دروازه ورود به اروپا و بالعکس بوده و به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین منطقه نه‌تنها در سطح استان آ. غربی، بلکه در سطح کشور مورد طمع مافیای قاچاق و مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان قرارگرفته است. تحقیق حاضر به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر قاچاق مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان از مرز بازرگان پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارشناسان انتظامی شهرستان ماکو، پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر استان آ. غربی، کارکنان دادگستری، زندان، اصناف بازارچه مرزی و رانندگان ترانزیتی شهرستان‌های ماکو و بازرگان و به تعداد 130 نفر بوده که 96 نفر از اعضای جامعه آماری به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عوامل مؤثر بر قاچاق مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان از مرز بازرگان مشتمل بر 18 مؤلفه و چهار فرضیه تحقیق را تکمیل نمودند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد گستردگی مرز زمینی، آلودگی نیروهای درگیر، ضعف در تجهیزات اداری و آموزش منابع انسانی و عدم نظارت دقیق در فرایند کنترل و بازرسی از عوامل تأثیرگذار در توسعه قاچاق مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان در مرز بازرگان می‌باشد. نتایج حاصله بیانگر وجود بحرانی جدی در منطقه بوده که در پایان پیشنهادهایی در جهت بهبود وضعیت موجود ارائه گردیده است. |

Investigating the Factors Affecting the Development of Drugs and Psychedelic Substances Trafficking in the Border City of Bazargan |

Today, one of the phenomena, as an economic and social issues and even security in the border areas, that has caused appropriate contexts for healthy and sustainable job creation not to be created is the high profitability and psychedelic drug trafficking that resulted in conducting unlawful activities by the residents of these areas (such as psychedelic drug, weapons, fuel trafficking, etc.). Bazargan is one of the border cities in West Azerbaijan province and, above all, the most important gateway to Europe and vice versa, and as not only the region in the West Azerbaijan province, but also in the country that has been coveted by smuggling and narcotics and psychedelic substances mafia. This study examines the factors affecting the trafficking of narcotics and psychedelic substances across Bazargan border. The present study is of a descriptive-survey and applied research type. The statistical population included all 130 police experts of Maku city, provincial counter-narcotics police of West Azerbaijan, justice employees, prison, border market guilds, and transit drivers of Maku and Bazargan cities. Ninety-six individuals were selected as a sample size using stratified sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire for the factors affecting trafficking in narcotics and psychedelic substances from Bazargan border, consisting of 18 elements and four research hypotheses, was completed. The findings indicated that extensive land border, corruption of the forces involved, lack of office equipment and training of human resources and lack of close monitoring in the process of control and inspection are among the factors affecting the development of trafficking in narcotics and psychedelic substances in Bazargan border. The results show that there is a serious crisis in the region. Finally, some recommendations are presented for improving the status quo. |
