بخش عمده‌ای از توسعه یک سرزمین منوط به شرایط اقتصادی درون آن منطقه است. اقتصاد مردم مرزنشین جدای از دیگر فعالیت‌های اقتصادی، بیشتر وابسته به مرز می‌باشد. چنانچه فعالیت‌های مرتبط با مرز ساماندهی و راهکارهای قانونی اندیشیده شود، می‌تواند در رونق اقتصادی مناطق مرزی و افزایش توان اقتصادی مرزنشینان مؤثر باشد. بنابراین در نواحی مرزی، تعاونی‌های مرزنشینان به عنوان سفیران ساکنان خطوط مرزی می‌توانند نقش عمده‌ای در امنیت و توسعه پایدار منطقه ایفا کنند. هدف از این مقاله، بررسـی نقش تعاونی‌های مرزنشینان در تـوسعه مـرزی شهر سردشت می‌باشد. روش تحقیق مقاله توصیفی– تحلیلی است و در غالب موارد حاصل مشاهدات نگارنده به دلیل مسئول ثبت شرکت‌ها در اداره تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی و همچنین حضور در شهر مرزی سردشت می‌باشد. جامعـه آماری پژوهـش را 215 نفر از مدیران پایین‌تر از 50 سال سن تعاونی‌های مبادلات مرزنشینان شهرستان سردشت تشکیل می‌دهد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی 120 نفر از آن‌ها به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و داده‌های آن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS/for Win Ver.19.0 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. نتایج داده‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد فعالیت مبادلات تعاونی‌های مرزنشینان باعث ایجاد اشتغال مستقیم و غیرمستقیم و بهبود وضعیت رفاه منطقه شده است. همچنین رابطه معناداری بین پیشرفت تعاونی‌های مرزنشین و تأمین مایحتاج ساکنین موردمطالعه وجود دارد و می‌توان با ساماندهی این‌گونه مبادلات در مناطق مرزی، توسعه سکونتگاه‌های شهری و روستایی را انتظار داشت. بنابراین ضروری است تا علاوه بر شهرها و روستاهای نزدیک به بازارچه‌های مرزی، سایر مردم مرزنشین ساکن نیز از مزایای بازارچه‌ها سود ببرند تا احساس امنیت و توسعه بیشتری را برای منطقه به همراه داشته باشد. |

Investigating the Role of Border Cooperatives in the Development of Border Cities (Case study: Sardasht Border Town) |

A large part of the development of a land depends on the economic conditions within that area. The economy of the borderland people, apart from other economic activities, is more dependent on the border. If activities related to the border are regulated and legal solutions are thought out, it can contribute to the economic prosperity of the border regions and to increase the economic capacity of the border residents. Thus, in the border areas, the border counsels and cooperatives as the representatives of border residents can play a major role in the security and sustainable development of the region. The purpose of this article is to investigate the role of border cooperatives in the development of the border of Sardasht. The research method is descriptive-analytic and in most cases it is the result of the author's observations due to the responsibility of registration of companies in the department of co-operation, work and social welfare as well as presence in the border town of Sardasht. The statistical population of the study consists of 215 managers younger than 50 years old in Sardasht border residents' exchanges cooperatives. Using random sampling method, 120 of them were selected as sample and the data were analyzed using SPSS software / for Win Ver.19.0. The results of the research data show that the activities of border cooperatives exchanges have created direct and indirect employment and improved the welfare of the region. There is also a significant relationship between the development of border counties and the provision of the needs of residents, and it is possible to organize the development of urban and rural settlements by organizing such exchanges in the border regions. Therefore, it is imperative that in addition to cities and villages close to the border markets, other residents of the border will also enjoy the benefits of the markets to provide greater security and development for the region. |
