عنوان فارسی شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی مؤثر بر شکل‌گیری پدیده تروریسم در استان سیستان‌وبلوچستان با رویکرد فازی
چکیده فارسی مقاله حوزه ژئوپلیتیکی استان سیستان‌وبلوچستان دارای نیروهای همگرا و واگرایی است که تحت شرایط خاص عمل می‌کنند و دائم با یکدیگر در حال رقابت هستند و بر امینت آن منطقه تأثیرگذار هستند. از آنجائی که یکی از فعالیت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی که منجر به خدشه‌دار شدن مؤلفه امنیت می‌گردد اقدامات تروریستی است و جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز از این قضیه مستثنا نیست و همواره از این ناحیه ضربه خورده است. مقاله حاضر باهدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی مؤثر بر شکل‌گیری پدیده تروریسم در استان سیستان‌وبلوچستان با رویکرد فازی به رشته تحریر درآمده است و تلاش می‌کند به این سؤال اصلی پاسخ دهد که عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی تأثیرگذار بر شکل‌گیری پدیده تروریسم در استان سیستان‌وبلوچستان کدم‌اند و چه اولویتی نسبت به همدیگر دارند؟ نوع تحقیق بر مبنای هدف کاربردی و بر اساس روش توصیفی- پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش نیز صاحب‌نظران حوزه امنیتی بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 220 نفر به‌عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 140 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌ای متشکل از 24 سؤال استفاده شد که برای سنجش پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده‌شده که برابر 965/0 می‌باشد و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری به دلیل نرمال بودن داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تائیدی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار LISREL و رتبه‌بندی آن‌ها از نرم‌افزار TOPSIS استفاده گردید که پنج اولویت اول تأثیرگذار بر شکل‌گیری پدیده تروریسم در استان سیستان‌وبلوچستان به شرح ذیل می‌باشد: موج سلفی گری و افراط‌گرایی در منطقه؛ جنبش اقلیت مذهبی؛ تفاوت قومی – مذهبی با حکومت مرکزی؛ جنبش اقلیت قومی و انزوای جغرافیایی و دوری از مرکز سیاسی حکومت.

عنوان انگلیسی The Identification and Prioritization of Geopolitical Factors Affecting the Formation of Terrorism in Sistan and Baluchistan Province with Fuzzy Approach
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The geopolitical area of Sistan and Baluchistan province has convergence and divergence forces that operate under certain conditions and are constantly competing with each other and affecting the security of that area. Since one of the geopolitical activities, which leads to the deterioration of the security component, is terrorist acts, the Islamic Republic of Iran is no exception to this and has always been hit by this issue. The present paper aims to identify and prioritize the geopolitical factors affecting the formation of the phenomenon of terrorism in the province of Sistan and Baluchistan with a fuzzy approach. It attempts to answer the main question: what are the geopolitical factors affecting the formation of the phenomenon of terrorism in the province of Sistan and Baluchistan and how are they prioritized? In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type and in terms of its methodology it is considered as a descriptive-survey study. The statistical population of the study was security experts. 220 individuals were selected through a targeted sampling method. 140 individuals were selected as the sample using Morgan table. A questionnaire consisting of 24 items was used to collect the data. The reliability was obtained using the Cronbach's alpha (α=.965). For statistical analysis, due to the normality of the data, the confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using Lisrel software. Topsis software was also used for ranking and prioritizing the factors. The first top five priorities affecting the formation of the phenomenon of terrorism in the province of Sistan and Baluchistan are as follows: The wave of Salafism and extremism in the region; the religious minority movement; the ethnic-religious difference with the central government; the ethnic minority movement and the geographical isolation from the state's political center.
