بررسی احساس امنیت اجتماعی در شهرهای مرزی (مطالعه موردی: شهر پیرانشهر) |

امروزه حفاظت و حراست از سرزمین در سراسر کره زمین برای تمام کشورها یک ارزش به‌حساب می‌آید. ضمانت تحقق این امر، بدون شک مدیریت مرزها و داشتن مرزهایی با امنیت کامل می‌باشد. امنیت، بنیادی‌ترین نیاز هر جامعه و مهم‌ترین عامل برای دوام زندگی اجتماعی به شمار می‌رود. کشور ایران دارای مرزهای زیادی با همسایگان خود می‌باشد که ناامنی آن‌ها نگرانی‌هایی را برای مرزنشینان و دولت مرکزی به وجود آورده است. تأثیر امنیت در مناطق مرزی اهمیت و آثاری مضاعف دارد چرا که عدم امنیت مناطق مرزی و حاشیه‌ای، جریان مهاجرت را از مناطق مرزی به‌سوی مناطق شهری تسریع و تشدید نموده و با خالی شدن سکونتگاه‌های مرزی از جمعیت و فعالیت و انباشته شدن مناطق مرکزی و شهری از جمعیت، هم مناطق مرکزی و هم مناطق مرزی با مسائل و مشکلات امنیتی مواجه می‌گردند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی احساس امنیت اجتماعی شهروندان در شهر پیرانشهر می‌باشد. جامعه پژوهش کلیه شهروندان شهر مرزی پیرانشهر می‌باشند. حجم نمونه آماری 220 نفر از شهروندان انتخاب شدند روش نمونه گیری نیز به‌صورت تصادفی ساده بوده است. داده‌ها بـا استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که احساس امنیت اجتماعی در طیف نسبتاً مطلوبی قرار دارد. همچنین بین نقش نیروهای انتظامی و امنیت اجتماعی با اطمینان لازم رابطه معنادار و مستقیم برقرار است. یعنی هر چه افراد نقش نیروهای انتظامی را در زندگی و محله خود پررنگ‌تر احساس می‌کنند، از امنیت بیشتری نیز برخوردار هستند. همچنین بین احساس امنیت اجتماعی و سن، جنس، امنیت جانی، مالی، فضای فیزیکی- اجتماعی شهر رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. |

protecting and preserving the land across the globe is a value for all countries. The guarantee of this is, of course, the management of borders and the existence of complete secure frontiers. Security is the most basic need of every society and the most important factor for the sustainability of social life. Iran has many borders with its neighbors, whose insecurity has created concerns for the border guards and the central government. The impact of security in the border areas has doubled the significance since the lack of security in the border and border areas accelerates the flow of migration from border areas to urban areas, and by removing border settlements of population and activity and the accumulation of population in central regions and city would face both central and border regions with security problems. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting the relationship between the sense of social security and social capital in border cities, especially in the city of Piranshahr. In this study, 220 individuals as the heads of households living in the city of Piranshahr were selected as the sample size using simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the research show that the more social capital of citizens is, the more is the security of the citizens. There is a significant and direct relationship between the role of law enforcement and security with the necessary confidence level. That is, the more people feel the role of law enforcement in their lives and neighborhood, they also have more security. |
