نقش بازارچه مرزی در توسعه اقتصادی-اجتماعی نواحی پیرامون مطالعه موردی: (بازارچه سرو ارومیه) |

توسعه اقتصادی مناطق مرزی و افزایش رفاه و درآمد اقتصادی مرزنشینان از طریق فعالیت‌های سالم اقتصادی با حمایت و سرمایه‌گذاری دولت‌ها بر کارکرد امنیتی مرز تأثیر مثبت دارد. بازارچه‌های مرزی به‌عنوان یکی از اهرم‌های مهم در ایجاد اشتغال و توسعه روابط تجاری با کشورهای هم‌جوار در سال‌های گذشته پیوسته تأثیر قابل‌توجهی در فعالیت‌های اقتصادی کشور داشته‌اند. با استفاده از راهکارهای مختلف اقتصادی و اجتماعی جمعیت را به ماندن در نواحی مرزی علاقه‌مند نماید و توسعه فضایی آن را با برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت لازم اعمال کند. در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارزیابی نقش بازارچه مرزی سرو در ارتقاء شاخص‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی در این منطقه ارومیه که در استان آذربایجان غربی صورت گرفته است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی، روش انجام آن با توجه به اهداف و ماهیت پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و نوع نگرش به آن ساختاری – سیستمی است. جامعه آماری را اعضای شاغل در بازارچه 2250 نفرمی‌باشد تشکیل می‌دهد که حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران استفاده‌شده 282 نفر مشخص گردید و روش نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق از نوع احتمالی ساده با استفاده از قرعه‌کشی در نظر گرفته شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده‌شده است که متناسب با نوع داده‌ها و آزمون آماری خی دو برای تحلیل داده‌ها و با عنایت به نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش ایجاد بازارچه مرزی در منطقه سرو ارومیه نقطه عطفی در ایجاد اشتغال، تثبیت جمعیت مرزنشین، افزایش صادرات محصولات منطقه، افزایش درآمد و سطح زندگی و توسعه پایدار و همکاری متقابل منطقه‌ای را افزایش می‌دهد که نمونه بارز همکاری متقابل بین دو کشور ایران و ترکیه می‌باشد. |

The Role of Border Market in the Socio-Economic Development of the Surrounding Areas (Case study: Urumieh Sero Market) |

Abstract The economic development of the border areas and the increase of the prosperity and economic income of the border residents through positive economic activities with the support and investment of governments have a positive effect on the security function of the border. Border markets have always had a significant impact on the country's economic activities as one of the important levers in creating employment and developing business ties with neighboring countries in recent years. By using various economic and social strategies, it could make the population interested in staying in the border areas and implement its spatial development by necessary planning and management. In this regard, the present study aimed at assessing the role of Sero border market in promoting social and economic indicators in this region of Urmia, which is located in West Azarbaijan province. This study is of an applied research type, and in terms its goals and nature it is descriptive-analytic research and the type of attitude towards the study is structural-systemic. The statistical population is composed of 2250 people who are the employed members of the market. The sample size included 282 people who were selected based on the Cochran formula. Sampling method in this research was considered as a simple probabilistic method using drawing. SPSS software has been used for data analysis. According to the data type and Chi square test for data analysis, and according to the results of this research, the establishment of a border market in the Urumia region is a milestone in creating employment, stabilizing the borderline population, increasing products' export of the region, increasing income and living standards and developing sustainable regional development and cooperation, which is a clear example of mutual cooperation between Iran and Turkey. |
