مناطق مرزی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای در سطح ملی و فرامرزی برخوردارند. با وجود این اهمیت گردشگری مرزی تا اکنون ناشناخته مانده است. گردشگری به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین راهبردها در برنامه‌ریزی توسعه است. در این راستا گردشگری مرزی نیز جزئی از صنعت گردشگری به حساب می‌آید که با برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری مناسب می‌توان از درآمد ناشی از آن در توسعه اقتصادی-اجتماعی مناطق مرزی سود جست. لذا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و شناسایی جاذبه‌های گردشگری این منطقه و تدوین الگوی مناسب برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی توسعه گردشگری مناطق مرزی با مدل SWOT در اورامان تخت انجام‌گرفته است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی استفاده شده است. داده‌های تحقیق به صورت نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای از سه گروه مردم، کارشناسان و دانشجویان به تعداد 30 نفر جمع‌آوری شده است. نتایج تحلیل مدل نشان می‌دهد با توجه به پتانسیل‌های زیاد در زمینه گردشگری در منطقه با فقدان برنامه‌ریزی و سرمایه‌گذاری مواجه بوده است. لذا تخصیص مجدد منابع در سطح ناحیه امری الزامی است با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده وضعیت گردشگری مرزی اورامان در موقعیت تنوع قرار دارد و بایستی با استفاده از نقاط قوت، اثر تهدیدات خارجی کاهش دهیم تا بتوانیم در امر مدیریت گردشگری مرزی به رشد و شکوفایی و توسعه پایدار دست یابیم. درنهایت نیز راهکارهایی در جهت برنامه‌ریزی توسعه گردشگری مرزی اورامان ارائه شده که می‌تواند مفید و مؤثر واقع شود. |

Border areas are of particular importance at the national and transnational level. Despite this, the importance of border tourism has remained unknown. Tourism is one of the most important strategies in development planning. In this regard, border tourism is also considered a part of the tourism industry, which can be used for planning and policy making in the economic and social development of the border regions. Therefore, this research has been carried out with the aim of exploring and identifying the tourist attractions of this region and developing an appropriate model for strategic planning of tourism development in the border regions with the SWOT model in Uraman Takht. The research method was descriptive-analytic and library and documentary methods were used for data collection. The research data were collected by stratified sampling of three groups of people, experts and students in 30 people. The results of the model analysis show that due to the great potential of tourism in the region, there has been a lack of planning and investment. Therefore, reallocation of resources at the level of the area is imperative. According to the results, the status of Oraman border tourism is in the position of diversity, and we must reduce the impact of external threats by using the strengths in order to be able to grow and flourish in the management of border tourism. And sustainable development. Finally, there are some strategies for planning the development of Uraman border tourism that can be useful and effective. |
