Here, in this article, we present a method to get proper toll rate using genetic algorithm. Calculating method is different to evaluate routes, considering demand dependent (elastic, static), or the method to specialize traffic or considering time value of people. Each study suggests special method to calculate the best toll rates. In this article, a method presents to get proper toll rate using genetic algorithm. This method is useful for all two-level concerns of evaluation, away from how to consider time value or demand dependent. First, we introduce two-level concern of concentration evaluation, then, the method to solve it will present, using genetic algorithm. Effective parameters of genetic algorithm will determine, using a supposed network. |
