The aim of this article is executive method determining for fuel consumption reducing in societies. We must determine urban vehicle choice dependant for effectiveness factors determining. After, with effectiveness factors optimized changing on vehicle choice, have been attempted the road user use public transportation. So, in the first step, we determine Rasht vehicle choice model and then with effective index using for travels, we determine increasing factors of public transportation using. |
