عنوان فارسی آسیب شناسی فرایند آموزشی آموزشگاه های رانندگی شهر کرج
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: تحقیق آسیب شناسی فرایند آموزش تا صدور گواهینامه در آموزشگاههای رانندگی شهر کرج با هدف شناخت آسیب شناسی و شناخت مسائل مربوط به فرایند آموزش (عملی و نظری) تا صدور گواهینامه در آموزشگاههای رانندگی صورت گرفته است. با توجه به جایگاه آموزش و آموزشهای کلاسیک و هدفمند در امر رانندگی و اهمیت آموزشگاههای رانندگی که بعد از دهۀ 70 نقش مهمی را در صدور گواهینامه ایفا کردند، به نظر میرسد که با آسیب شناسی در این زمینه میتوان خلأهای موجود را مرتفع نمود. روش: محقق برای انجام تحقیق از روش توصیفی - پیمایشی بهره گرفته و جامعۀ آماری نیز مراجعه کنندگان و هنرجویان آموزشگاههای رانندگی شهر کرج است؛ لذا حجم این جامعه از روی تعداد شش ماهۀ نخست سال 1394 به دست آمده است که تعداد آنها، 25 هزار 421 نفر است. برای محاسبۀ حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد که درنهایت تعداد 231 نفر محاسبه شد و نمونه ها از طریق روش نمونه گیری احتمالی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها نیز پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته است که قبل از اجرا اعتبار و پایایی آن موردِتأیید قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق ضمن تأیید یافته های تحقیقات مشابه نشان میدهد که بهجز متغیر برنامه ریزی آموزشی، سایر متغیرهای تحقیق در بروز آسیب پذیری فرایند آموزش به هنرجویان در آموزشگاههای رانندگی مؤثر است؛ که البته طبق ضرایب بتا، آسیبهای مربوط به آموزشهای عملی، آسیبهای مربوط به وضعیت مکانی و تجهیزات آموزشگاهها و آسیبهای مربوط به توانایی علمی اساتید در آموزش بیش از سایر متغیرهای مستقل است. پیشنهادها: پلیس راهور با برگزاری دوره های ضمن خدمت و کلاسهای آموزشی مدیریت آموزشگاهها و نیز کنترل نامحسوس مدیران آموزشی از طریق دوربینهای مرکزی میتواند این مشکلات را به حداقل برساند. همچنین نظارت کافی بر آموزش مربیان رانندگی توسط مدیران آموزشگاهها و سایر افسران راهور صورت پذیرد و در صورت بروز تخلف، مربیان به مبادی قانونی معرفی شوند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The field and object: The research of pathology training process to certification in driving schools of Karaj City with the purpose of understanding the pathology and identify issues related to the training process the issues related to the process of training (theoretical and practical) to certification has been done in the driving schools. Due to the importance the training and classic and targeted training in the driving and importance of driving schools after 70s, they play an important role in certification, it seems that the pathology in this area can overcome the gaps. Method: Researcher is used, descriptive-survey method for the study and The statistical population are also visitors and students of driving schools of Karaj City. So, The size of the population is obtained over the number of the first 6 months of 1394 that their numbers is 25421 people which of course Cochran formula is used to calculate the sample size. So Cochran formula was used to calculate the sample size that Finally, were calculated the number 231 people and The samples were selected through stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools is also made-researcher questionnaire which its validity and reliability was approved before implementation Findings: The research results while confirming the results of other similar studies show that except variable training planning, other study variable research variables is effective in incidence of vulnerability of training process to students in to driving schools that of course, according to the beta coefficients, injuries related to practical training- injuries related to location condition, schools equipment, injuries related to practical ability of professors in training- is more than any other independent variables. Suggestions: The traffic police with holding in-service courses and schools management training classes as well as invisible control training of training managers through central cameras can minimize these problems. Also adequate monitoring is done on training schools instructor and other traffic officers and in case of violation, the teachers introduced to the legal bases.
