زمینه و هدف: پژوهش آسیب‌شناسی فرایند آموزش تا صدور گواهینامه در آموزشگاه‌های رانندگی شهر کرج با هدف شناخت آسیب‌شناسی و شناخت مسائل مربوط به فرایند آموزش (عملی و نظری) تا صدور گواهینامه در آموزشگاه‌های رانندگی صورت گرفته است. با توجه به جایگاه آموزش و آموزش‌های کلاسیک و هدفمند در امر رانندگی و اهمیت آموزشگاه‌های رانندگی که بعد از دهۀ 70 نقش مهمی را در صدور گواهینامه ایفا نمودند، به نظر می‌رسد که با آسیب‌شناسی در این زمینه می‌توان خلأهای موجود را مرتفع نمود. روش: پژوهشگر برای انجام پژوهش از روش توصیفی - پیمایشی بهره گرفته و جامعۀ آماری نیز مراجعه‌کنندگان و هنرجویان آموزشگاه‌های رانندگی شهر کرج هستند. لذا حجم این جامعه از روی تعداد 6 ماهۀ نخست سال 1394 به دست آمده است که تعداد آن‌ها، 25 هزار و 421 نفر است. برای محاسبۀ حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد که درنهایت تعداد 231 نفر از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری احتمالی طبقه‌ای برای نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها نیز پرسشنامۀ پژوهشگرساخته است که اعتبار و پایایی آن قبل از اجرا موردِتأیید قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش ضمن تأیید یافته‌های سایر پژوهش‌های مشابه نشان می‌دهد که بهجز متغیر برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، سایر متغیرهای پژوهش در بروز آسیب‌پذیری فرایند آموزش به هنرجویان در آموزشگاه‌های رانندگی موثر است؛ که البته طبق ضرایب بتا، آسیب‌های مربوط به آموزش‌های عملی، آسیب‌های مربوط به وضعیت مکانی و تجهیزات آموزشگاه‌ها و آسیب‌های مربوط به توانایی علمی اساتید در آموزش بیش از سایر متغیرهای مستقل است. پیشنهادها: پلیس راهور با برگزاری دوره‌های ضمن خدمت و کلاس‌های آموزشی مدیریت آموزشگاه‌ها و نیز کنترل نامحسوس مدیران آموزشی از طریق دوربین‌های مرکزی می‌تواند مشکلات را به حداقل برساند. همچنین نظارت کافی بر آموزش مربیان رانندگی توسط مدیران آموزشگاه‌ها و سایر افسران راهور صورت پذیرد و در صورت بروز تخلف، مربیان به مبادی قانونی معرفی شوند. |

The field and purpose: Pathology research of educational process to certification in driving schools of Karaj was done with the aim of recognizing pathology and recognizing issues related to the educational process (practical and theoretical) to certification in driving schools. Given the importance of training and classical and purposeful training in driving and the importance of driving schools that played an important role in certification after the 1970s, it seems that with the pathology in this field can be eliminated the existing vacuums. Method: The researcher used a descriptive, survey method to analyze the research. The statistical population is also referrals and students of driving schools in Karaj city. Therefore, the size of this society was obtained from the first 6 months of 1394, which is 25421 people, which of course is used to calculate the sample size using the Cochran formula. So, for calculating sample size, the Cochran formula was used. Finally, 231 people were calculated and samples were selected through stratified Probabilistic sampling method. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was confirmed its validity and reliability before its implementation. Findings: The results of the research, while confirming the findings of other similar studies, show that, apart from the educational planning variable, other variables are effective in the study of the vulnerability of education process to students in driving schools which Of course, according to beta coefficients, the damages related to practical training – damages related to the location and the schools equipment and damages related to the academic ability of teachers in education is more than other independent variables. Suggestions: Traffic police can minimize these problems by holding in-service courses and educational classes as well as unmanageable control of educational managers through central cameras. Also, adequate supervision is provided on the training of driving Instructors by the managers of the schools and other officers of the traffic police, and in the event of a violation, the coaches will be introduced to the legal basis. |
