بررسی علل تخلفات رانندگی در شهرستان اراک و پیشنهاد راهکارهای مناسب برای آن |

امروزه حق یا ناحق، خوب یا بد، «ماشین» در مفهوم عام و خاص آن بر زندگی بشر، سایه افکنده و در کلیۀ شئون حیات انسانی، رخنه کرده است. تخلفات رانندگی، یکی از صور مسائل اجتماعی و یکی از مهم‌ترین دغدغه‌های جوامع امروزی در بحث کنترل ترافیک درون‌شهری و برون‌شهری محسوب می‌شود که موجب بروز آسیب‌های زیادی به نهاد خانواده و جامعه می‌شود. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی علل تخلفات رانندگی، بهبود وضعیت عبورومرور، تسهیل، تسریع در رفت‌وآمد وسایل نقلیه، کاهش تخلفات رانندگی و پیشنهاد راهکارهای مناسب برای رفع مشکلات ترافیکی شهر اراک می‌باشد. پژوهش ازلحاظ ماهیت و هدف از نوع پژوهش کاربردی است و از روش کنونی و فناوری توصیفی - تحلیلی و روش پیمایشی برای گردآوری اطلاعات و با تهیۀ پرسشنامه و مطالعۀ میدانی و مشاهدۀ مشارکت‌آمیز و فنون تکمیلی مثل فنون اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای نیز بهره گرفته شد. جامعۀ آماری، رانندگان شهرستان اراک است که به‌منظور همگن‌سازی درصد فراوانی‌ها، نمونه‌گیری به طریق تصادفی و جامعۀ نمونه با استفاده از جدول تاکمن محاسبه و از طریـق فرمـول کوکـران حدود 100 نفر انتخاب شده است. در این پژوهش از نظریۀ دورکیم، مرتن، ساترلند و والتررلکس برای تبیین گرایش به تخلف از قوانین راهنمایی و رانندگی و برای اطمینان از روایی ابزار گردآوری دادها، از نظرات اساتید و متخصصان راهور و همچنین تعدادی از تکمیل‌کنندگان پرسشنامه (رانندگان) بهره گرفته شد. پرسشنامه برحسب مقیاس نگرش‌سنج لیکرت به 5 سطح (خیلی زیاد، زیاد، متوسط، کم و خیلی کم) تقسیم گردیده و از آزمون کای اسکور 2X به ترتیب به‌عنوان ابزار و آزمون فرضیه استفاده شده است. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که بین همۀ فرضیات مطرح‌شده از قبیل سن (75/29 درصد سنین 35-25 سال)، جنس (92 درصد مردان)، سطح سواد و تحصیلات (26/93 درصد تا مقطع متوسطه)، ناآگاهی مردم و رانندگان (62 درصد) و عدم مشارکت اجتماعی مردم (87 درصد) به‌عنوان متغیرهای مستقل و تخلفات رانندگی به‌عنوان متغیر وابسته، رابطۀ مستقیم وجود دارد. |

The field and purpose: Today, right or wrong, good or bad, the "machine" has shone in its general and specific sense of human life, and has penetrated all aspects of human life. Driving violations is one of the main issues of social and one of the most important concerns of today's societies in the context of intra-urban and suburban traffic control that causes a great deal of damage to the family and community institutions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes of driving violations, to control the traffic situation, facilitate, accelerate the movement of vehicles, reduce traffic violations and suggest suitable solutions to solve traffic problems in Arak city. This research based on the nature and purpose is in terms of the practical research and the current methodology and the descriptive, analytical and research method for collecting information and by providing a questionnaire and field study and participatory observation and complementary techniques such as library and documentary techniques. It was also used. Method: The statistical population of the drivers of Arak city was calculated by random sampling for sampling of percentages of frequencies and sample population using the Takman table and about 100 people were selected through the Cochran formula. In this study, Durkheim, Merton, Sutherland and WalterRelex theory were used to explain the tendency to violate traffic laws and to ensure the validity of the data collection tool, the opinions of the experts of the traffic police and some of the completers of the questionnaire (drivers) . The questionnaire is divided into 5 levels (very high, high, moderate, low and very low) according to Likert scale. Chi-square test is used as a tool and hypothesis test, respectively. Results: The results of the study showed that among all the hypotheses such as age (29.75% of the ages (25-35 years), gender (92% of men), level of education and literacy (93.26% up to high school), unawareness of people (62%) and lack of social participation (87%) There is a direct relationship between as independent variables and driving violations as dependent variable. |
