عنوان فارسی تعیین وضعیت ادراک مردم از سلامت اداری در فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: بر اساس تعالیم و آموزه‌های دینی و ارزشهای اسلامی، فساد امری مذموم است و همه کارگزاران در حکومت اسلامی موظف به مبارزه با آن و ریشه‌کنی آن از همه شئون جامعه اسلامی هستند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی وضعیت ادراک مردم نسبت به وضعیت سلامت اداری در تهران بزرگ (با تاکید بر پلیس آگاهی) انجام شده است. روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش های کمّی گردآوری داده‌ها ، توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق تمامی افراد بالای 18 سال در حوزه استحفاظی تهران بزرگ هستند. حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 650 نفر محاسبه شد که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود. یافته ها و نتایج: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که میانگین ادراک شهروندان نسبت به وجود سلامت اداری در فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ 28/3 و میانگین نمره ادراک از وجود سلامت اداری در پلیس آگاهی برابر 38/3 از 5 است ؛ بنابراین ادراک شهروندان از سلامت ماموران ناجا در تهران بزرگ در وضعیت نسبتًا مطلوب قرار دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objectives: According to religious teachings and Islamic values, corruption is a discouraged phenomenon, and all practitioners in the Islamic state are obliged to fight against it and eradicate it from all aspects of Islamic society. The study aimed at examining people's perception of the administrative health in Tehran Metro-police (with emphasis on police intelligence division). Methodology: In terms of its objectives, this study is of an applied research type and in terms data collection procedures it is considered as a descriptive-analytical survey. The statistical population included all the over 18-year-old individuals in Tehran Metro-police jurisdiction. The sample size was calculated as 650 individuals using the Cochran formula. The participants were selected by random sampling method. The data gathering instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. Findings and results: The results showed that the mean score of citizen's perception of the administrative health in Tehran Metro-police and the mean score for perception of police intelligence division in the administrative health were 3.28 and 3.38 out of 5, respectively. Therefore, the perception of the administrative health among citizens in Tehran Metro-police officers in is relatively desirable
