زمینه و هدف: منزلت اجتماعی به‌مثابه یک مفهوم چندبعدی، نیازمند بررسی‌های نظری و مفهومی‌در مرحله شاخص‌سازی و ملاحظه‌های تجربی در فرایند ساخت و تدوین سنجه است. این مطالعه با تأکید بر اهمیت این مفهوم و ضرورت پایش و سنجش مداوم آن، به‌دنبال طراحی شاخص منزلت اجتماعی پلیس و ارائه سنجه‌های معتبر آن است. روش: این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی- توسعه‌ای و ازنظر شیوۀ اجرا، اسنادی- پیمایشی است. در این مطالعه پس از شناسایی مؤلفه‌های منزلت اجتماعی در ادبیات موضوع، از روش دلفی برای اعتباریابی شاخص‌ها و سنجه‌های منزلت اجتماعی پلیس استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دو گروه از نخبگان دانشگاهی (متخصص در حوزه منزلت اجتماعی) به تعداد 9 نفر و متخصصان علوم انتظامی‌به تعداد 21 نفر در استان تهران و اصفهان است که با کمک آن‌ها، روایی محتوای پرسش‌نامه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها و نتایج: پس از دو مرحله بررسی و بازبینی، شاخص منزلت اجتماعی پلیس در سه بعد اصلی و با سی‌ونه سنجه عملیاتی شد و درنهایت، اتفاق نظر گروه خبرگان پژوهش نسبت به استانداردبودن و کیفیت بالای شاخص و سنجه‌های به‌کارگرفته‌شده، برای سنجش منزلت اجتماعی پلیس حاصل شد و این شاخص می‌تواند در پژوهش‌های تجربی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. |

Background and objectives: This study is about the indexation of police social status. Social status as a multidimensional concept requires theoretical and conceptual considerations at indexation and experimental stage in the development and formation process of measures. This study, emphasizing on the importance of this concept and the need for constant monitoring and assessing, seeks to design the indicator police social status provide its reliable measures. Methodology: The methods used in this study are Delphi and library studies. The previous studies have been criticized in the library study. Then, by analyzing the literature, extracting the key concepts and also using the strengths of previous studies, the theoretical models and indicators of police social status were formulated. Delphi also provided the framework to validate the indicators and measures seen by reference to a panel of experts in this field, expert opinions and their judgment about the indicators and measures were collected and employed. Findings and results: After several rounds of review and the necessary reforms, the index of police social status was operationalized in three main dimensions with thirty-nine measures. In the end, the consensus of panel members about the applied standards and high quality of the measures and index to measure police social status was obtained. Because of its usability and whenever the researchers decide to measure police and security forces social status, the obtained index and standard questionnaire make it possible for them to include this index in their own statistical population and extract and use the results |
