عنوان فارسی اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های اسلامی موفقیت از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: کمال‌گرایی قانون طبیعت است و همه موجودات میل غریزی به کمال دارند و میل به موفقیت و کمال در انسان‌ها که موجوداتی برتر و با فضیلت در عالم هستی هستند، قوی‌تر است. این پژوهش شاخص‌های موفقیت از دیدگاه اسلام را شناسایی و آنها را از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی اولویت‌بندی می‌کند. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پیمایشی است. جامعه پژوهش را اعضای هیئت علمی، فرماندهان و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین تشکیل داده‌اند و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 400 نفر تعیین شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه روا و پایا (آلفای کرونباخ: 76/0) جمع‌آوری و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های «تی تک نمونه‌ای» و «فریدمن» استفاده شد. یافته‌ها و نتایج: پژوهش نشان داد اگرچه همه شاخص‌ها و ابعاد موفقیت از نگاه دانشجویان دارای میانگین بالاتر از سه هستند اما بعد گرایشی موفقیت، اولویت اول را دارا است و ابعاد بینشی و کنشی در اولویت بعدی قرار دارند. در بین شاخص‌های موفقیت در این ابعاد، شاخص‌های ایمان به خدا و معاد، خدامحوری و دینداری و وجدان کاری کلیدی هستند. شاخص‌های نظم و انضباط، خودشناسی و علم و دانش نیز در رتبه‌های آخر قرار دارند.

عنوان انگلیسی The Prioritization of Islamic Measures of Success from the Viewpoints of the Students of Amin Police University
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objectives: Perfectionism is the law of nature and all creatures have an instinctive desire to perfection. The desire for success and perfectionism in human beings who are superior and virtuous in the universe is stronger. This study identifies the indicators of success from an Islamic perspective and prioritizes them in terms of the viewpoints of the students of Amin Police University Methodology: In terms of its objectives the present study is of an applied research type and in terms of methodology it is considered as a survey study. The statistical population of the study consisted of the faculty members, commanders and students of Amin Police University. The sample size was determined as 400 individuals using Cochran formula and. The required data were collected through a valid and reliable questionnaire (α = .76) and they were analyzed using one-sample t-test and Friedman test. Findings and results: The research findings showed that although all indicators and dimensions of success from the viewpoints of students have averages higher than three, success tendency is the first priority and the dimensions of insight and action are the next priorities. Among the indicators of success in this dimension, the indicators of faith in God and resurrection, Godliness and religiosity and conscientiousness are critical. The indicators of discipline, self-scrutiny and knowledge are also ranked last.
