ارتباطات سازمانی، همواره از مباحث مورد توجه در سازمان‌ها بوده است. با ظهور فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات، تغییرات شگرفی در این حوزه در سازمان‌ها به وجود آمد. این مقاله، مبتنی بر یک تحقیق میدانی در زمینه ارزیابی بهره‌وری سیستم اتوماسیون اداری در ناجا است. به این منظور جامعه آماری، متشکل از حدود 700 مدیر، کارشناس و کاربر معاونت فاوا و پلیس آگاهی ناجا بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی_طبقه‌ای و به کمک فرمول کوکران، تعداد 98 نفر به عنوان نمونه برگزیده شدند. در ادامه برای بررسی هدف مطالعه، پرسش‌نامه‌ای حاوی معیارهای مختلف بهره‌وری سیستم تهیه شد که پاسخ‌دهندگان، میزان بهره‌وری اتوماسیون اداری را بر هر یک از معیارها ارزیابی نمودند. سپس با استفاده از نظرات اعضای نمونه و نیز نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS، هر یک از معیارهای فوق بر اساس میزان بهره‌وری آنها در سیستم اتوماسیون اداری، اولویت‌بندی شدند. در مجموع از نتایج حاصله مشخص شد که سیستم اتوماسیون اداری در ناجا، بیشترین بهره‌وری را در بعد عملیات داشته است. همچنین بهره‌وری در بعد سازمان و بعد کاربر هم قابل‌توجه است ولی در بعد نوآوری و یادگیری از قوت کمتری برخوردار است. بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات، به‌کارگیری سیستم اتوماسیون اداری، بهره‌وری در سازمان‌ها را افزایش می‌دهد. بااین‌حال میزان افزایش در سازمان‌های مختلف با ابعاد مختلف بهره‌وری محل مناقشه است. از این‌رو پیشنهاد می‌شود به منظور اجرا و به‌کارگیری موفق سیستم اتوماسیون اداری، برنامه‌های مختلفی تدوین، فرهنگ‌سازی و اجرا شود. |

Productivity Assessment of office automation system in police Force Organization |

Corporate Communications have always been the subject of interest in the organizations. Some surprising changes have been made in this division of the organization because of communication and information technology development. This paper which is based on field research, studies the office automation systems in police productivity. The statistical population consists of approximately 700 managers, the Police Department and ICT users. 98 people were selected using stratified- random sampling method and Cochran formula. In order to study the aim of this research, a questionnaire was prepared containing various criteria that respondents were supposed to evaluate system’s efficiency; productivity levels of automation on each criterion. Therefore each one of the noted criteria were prioritized in accordance with their efficiency in official automation system using sample members’ opinions and the software SPSS. On the whole the acquired result showed that official automation system in Police Organization has had the most efficiency from the operation aspect also the efficiency is considerable from both organization and user aspects but is not significant from the aspects of creativity and learning. According to the results of data analysis, applying the official automation system increases the efficiency in the organizations However; the increase in the efficiency of different organizations from various aspects is the subject of the discussion. Thus, in order to implement and applying the successful official automation system it is recommended to arrange, share beliefs and values and implement various plans. |
