بررسی کارکرد های اساسی سازمان در خدمت به توسعه جامعه و برخی الزامات آن |

درجامعه سازمانی امروز، نقش و جایگاه سازمان ها به عنوان سیست مهای اثر گذار بر بقا و توسعه جامعه، بسیار حائز اهمیت است. شناخت کارکردهای اساسی سازما نها در خدمت به توسعه جامعه موجب می شود تا بتوان آنها را به نحو بهتری در مسیر خدمت به توسعه جامعه اسلامی قرار داد و ارزیابی و هدایت کرد. در این مقاله، به معرفی و تبیین کارکردهای اساسی سازما نها در خدمت به توسعه جامعه، ابعاد و روابط تعاملی آنها و برخی الزامات اساسی تحقق آنها، برای اولین بار، پرداخته شده است . در این راستا کارکردهای سه گانه انتظام اجتماعی، رفع نیازها و پویایی و پیشرفت به عنوان کارکردهای اساسی سازمان ها در خدمت به توسعه جامعه، مشتمل بر ابعاد سازنده هر یک معرفی و به طور موجز تبیین شده اند و روابط تعاملی آنها نشان داده شده است. کارکرد انتظام اجتماعی مشتمل بر زیرکارکردهای ارائه و ساختن الگوهای فرهنگی، توسعه نظام های مدیریتی و بخش بندی و تنظیم گردش امور؛ کارکرد پویایی و پیشرفت مشتمل بر زیرکارکردهای رقابت، خلاقیت، نوآوری و ارتباط با محیط و کارکرد رفع نیازها مشتمل بر زیرکارکردهای تولید و ت وزیع کالا و خدمات است. کارکردهای مذکور عملاً در تعامل ه مزمان باهم به صورت یک منظومه می توانند زمینه ساز خدمت سازمانها به توسعه جامعه شوند. روابط کارکردهای مذکور در منظومه یادشده به گونه ای است که هرگونه خلل و ناهماهنگی در هریک از آنها، اختلال و ناهماهنگی در سایر کارکردها را در پی خواهد داشت و در نهایت مانع تحقق احسن کارکردهای اساسی سازمان در خدمت به توسعه جامعه خود می شود . در ادامه مقاله، برخی الزامات اساسی توفیق سازمان ها در تحقق احسن این کارکردها، از جمله توسعه یک نظام رفتاری اثربخش و سلامت سازمانی با ذکر ابعاد و اجزای مربوط به آنها بیان شده است. درنهایت برخی پیشنهادهای کاربردی مرتبط با موضوع نیز ارائه شده است. |

In today’s organizational society, organizations have a prominent role and place as effective systems in social development and survival. Recognizing organizations’ prime functions in serving social development will result in their better status helping Islamic society’s development, evaluation, and direction. In the present study, for the first time, we aimed to present and describe organizations’ prime functions in serving society development, as well as their dimensions and their interactive relations along with some of the fundamental necessities of their achievement. Meanwhile we tried to introduce and describe the basic tripartite functions of organizations that are; social order, fulfilling needs, development and dynamism which help to serve the development of society and to explain their constructive parts and their interactive relations simultaneously. The function of social order consists of making and presenting cultural patterns, developing management systems and rearranging affairs. The function of dynamism and development consists of sub functions such as competition, creativity, innovation, and communication with the environment and the function of fulfilling needs includes sub functions as products and services' production and distribution. The noted functions can work as a basis to serve society's development in their simultaneous interaction as a system practically. The relationship among mentioned functions in the system is in such a way in which every disorder and inconsistency in each of them, could result in disorder and inconsistency in other functions and as a matter of fact will consequently barricade the better achievement of organization's basic functions in serving society's development. Moreover, some of the basic necessities of organizations’ success in better achievement of these functions including; developing an effective behavioral system and organizational health along with their dimensions and related parts are explained. Eventually some practical suggestions related to the subject are presented. |
