بررسی نقش تفکر انتقادی در راستای تعالی تفکر راهبردی |

به عنوان یک برداشت کلی، تفکر راهبردی عبارت است از تحلیل فرصت ها و مشکلات با نگاهی وسیع و فهم تأثیر بالقوه ای که اعمال و اقدام ها می تواند بر یکدیگر داشته باشد. متفکران راهبردی آنچه که می تواند باشد را به تصویر می کشند و نگاهی کلی نگر به چالش ها و موضوعات روزمره دارند . عوامل بسیاری می توانند به عنوان پیش نیاز و لازمه تفکر راهبردی بیان شوند ولی در تحقیق حاضر، نگارنده تفکر انتقاد ی را به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین پیش نیازهای تفکر راهبردی می داند. تفکر انتقادی تلاش برای ایجاد ارزشیاب یهایی منطقی و قابل اطمینان است تا ببینیم که چه چیزی را می توانیم منطقی باور کنیم و چه چیز را نمی توانیم. مقاله حاضر به دنبال آن است که تفکر انتقادی را به عنوان بستر تفکر راهبردی به طور کامل شرح داده و نحوه تأثیرپذیری و تأثیرگذاری آن را از دیدگاه صاحب نظران بیان کند. نوع تحقیق حاضر مروری، از بعد هدف ، کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش، یک تحقیق توصیفی می باشد. هدف اصلی این مقاله (تحقیق )، اثبات تأثیر تفکر انتقادی بر تفکر راهبردی منابع انسانی نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ، به خصوص فرماندهان ارشد است. بعد از بررسی تحقیقات و متون مختلف؛ به این نتیجه رسیدیم که داشتن تفکر انتقادی شرط اصلی در رشد تفکر راهبردی است. البته امروزه، شرایط محیطی برای همه سازمان ها، و به خصوص ناجا روز به روز دشوارتر م ی شود ؛ مردم و مسئولان انتظار دارند با به کارگیری افرادی در منصب م دیریت و فرماندهی، به خلاقیت و نوآوری های لازم برای حل مسائل و مشکلات کاری دست یابند. آنها به دنبال فردی هستند که قدرت جمع آوری اطلاعات، تجزیه و تحلیل، سازمان دهی، نتیجه گیری و ارائه بازخورد لازم را داشته باشد .کلیه مهارت های ذکر شده، اجزای اصلی تفکر انتقاد ی به شمار م ی روند .اهمیت پرورش مهارت های تفکر در حدی است که برخی صاحب نظران تفکر انتقادی را هدف عمده تحصیلات و تجارب دانشگاهی برشمرده اند. |

In general, Strategic contemplation is analyzing opportunities and problems from a wide point of view and understanding the great impact of which acts can have upon each other. Strategic thinkers portray what can exist and have holistic vision for everyday challenges and issues. Many factors can be stated as a prerequisite and necessity for strategic contemplation, but in the present study, the Author considers critical contemplation as the most important prerequisite of strategic contemplation. Critical contemplation is an attempt to create reasonable and reliable assessments so as to realize what things can be believed logically and what things cannot. The present study describes the critical contemplation thoroughly and explains its way of affecting and impressibility from the perspective of theorists. This research is a review and is practical in terms of aim, and also is descriptive in terms of method. The main aim of this study is to prove the impact of critical contemplation on strategic contemplation of human resources of police specifically commanders. After studying researches and several literatures it could be concluded that having critical contemplation is the main term in strategic contemplation development. Even though today the environmental conditions are becoming difficult for organizations such as Police and it is expected that by employing people in management position, necessary creativity and innovation for solving problems can be reached. Therefore, they seek a person who is able to gather the data, analyze, organize, and conclude and feedback. The whole noted skills are considered to be the major components of critical contemplation. Nurturing thinking skills are too significant which are considered as the main aims of education by some critical contemplation theorists. |
