عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش سرمایۀ اجتماعی در ارتقای امنیت اجتماعی (با تأکید بر متغیرهای میانجی رفتارهای شهروندی کارکنان و انضباط اجتماعی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله بسیاری از صاحب‌نظران و پیشگامان سرمایه اجتماعی بر روی اثرات افزایش این نوع از سرمایه بر ارتقای سطح امنیت و کاهش جرم و جنایت در جامعه اتفاق نظر دارند، به عنوان مثال، جین جاکوب که برای اولین‌بار مفهوم و واژۀ سرمایه اجتماعی را مطرح کرده، کاهش جرم و جنایت خیابانی را از جمله نشانه‌های محله‌هایی که شبکه‌های اجتماعی فشرده دارند،‌ می‌داند. در این مقاله سعی شده است که با استفاده از تحلیل ابعاد مختلف سرمایۀ اجتماعی و واکاوی ارتباط آن با برقراری امنیت اجتماعی در جامعه از طریق ایجاد و توسعۀ انضباط اجتماعی و رفتار شهروندی، پیشینه نظری لازم برای تحلیل این فرایند به منظور اقدامات عملی و اتخاذ سیاست‌ها، به خصوص در ایجاد بستری مناسب برای اجرای پلیس جامعه‌محور فراهم گردد. روش اجرای این تحقیق، توصیفی- تحلیلی با استفاده از روش اسنادی- کتابخانه‌ای و با ابزار فیش‌برداری بوده است. براساس نتایج این تحقیق، انضباط اجتماعی، پلیس جامعه‌محور و رفتار شهروندی بر پایۀ دو عامل «اعتماد» و «مشارکت» شکل گرفته‌اند، با افزایش اعتماد و مشارکت در بین افراد جامعه و در درجه دوم در بین افراد جامعه و پلیس، بر اساس بسیاری از شاخص‌های کمی و کیفی اندازه گیری با افزایش سطح سرمایۀ اجتماعی در آن جامعه روبرو می شویم و در نهایت افزایش سطح سرمایۀ اجتماعی در جامعه زمینه ساز بکارگیری فلسفۀ پلیس جامعه‌محور، افزایش رفتار شهروندی در بین کارکنان پلیس و بهبود وضعیت انضباط اجتماعی می‌شود. احساس مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران دولتی، ایجاد حس یگانگی و وحدت با جامعه و پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی می‌توانند بر ضایعۀ کاهش اعتماد شهروندان غلبه نموده و به ایجاد سرمایۀ اجتماعی و فضای اطمینان و اعتماد یاری رسانند. ‌

Based on these results, social discipline, community policing and citizen behavior based on both "trusted" and "participation" are formed, to increase trust and cooperation among individuals and in the second place among the community and the police, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative indicators to measure With increasing levels of social capital in the community and eventually encountered Increase the level of social capital in the community using the underlying philosophy of community policing, increase citizen behavior among police personnel and improvement of social discipline.
