عنوان فارسی ارزیابی عملکرد معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا با بهره گیری از مدل اندازه گیری کسب و کار کانجی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هر سازمانی صرف‌نظر از نوع فعالیت، اندازه، ساختار و بلوغ و میزان کامیابی در تأمین اهداف سازمانی خود، نیاز دارد تا میزان موفقیت خود را در رسیدن به آرمان‌ها و راهبردهای کسب و کار خود مورد سنجش و ارزیابی مجدد قرار دهد؛ چراکه بهبود مستمر، دریچه ارزشمندی به‌سوی تعالی و موفقیت سازمان‌ها در آینده خواهد بود. این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا و درصدد پاسخ‌گویی به این سؤال که " بهره‌گیری از مدل کسب و کار کانجی تا چه میزان بر ارزیابی عملکرد معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا تأثیرگذار خواهد بود؟" تدوین گردیده است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نظر نوع، کاربردی است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه، دانشآموختگان و دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت آماد دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین در سال 1393 و روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تمام شماری شامل 37 نفر می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه می‌باشد که پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 88/0 محاسبه گردیده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل، از آمار استنباطیT تک نمونه‌ای استفاده شده است. نتایج به‌دست آمده بیانگر تأثیرات مثبت بهره‌گیری مدل کسب و کارکانجی در سطح معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا دارد که این تأثیرات در برخی از شاخصه‌های عملکرد معاونت نظیر "رضایتمندی مشتریان، رضایتمندی کارکنان و اثربخشی مأموریت‌ها" با توجه به سطح معنی‌دار به‌دست آمده از تجزیه‌تحلیل فرضیه‌ها به‌سرعت مشهود، و در مورد کاهش هزینه‌ها، در دراز مدت نمایان خواهد شد.
