عنوان فارسی فناوری اطلاعات در پشتیبانی از پلیس جامعه‌محور
چکیده فارسی مقاله اطلاعات، تغییرات گسترده‌ای در جوامع و به‌خصوص در سازمان‌ها به‌وجود می‌آوردند. یک سازمان برای ادامه حیات و بقای خویش مستلزم وفق با شرایط پیش رو است. ایجاد قابلیت‌ها و تغییرات جدید در عرصه‌های مختلف سازمانی از قبیل تجهیزات، رویه‌های مدیریتی، اجرای مأموریت با استفاده از شالوده و زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات مناسب امکان‌پذیر است. سازمان ناجا یکی از مهم‌ترین سازمان‌هایی است که از این امر مستثنی نبوده و همواره باید در ایجاد این قابلیت‌ها پیشرو باشد. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی فناوری اطلاعات در پشتیبانی از پلیس جامعه‌محور است. پژوهش حاضر ماهیت توصیفی دارد و با استفاده از روش تحلیل اسنادی و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، به مطالعه یافته‌های مطالعات و پژوهش‌های مرتبط با فناوری اطلاعات و نقش آن در پشتیبانی از پلیس جامعه‌محور می‌پردازد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که پشتیبانی فناوری اطلاعات از سازمان‌های پلیس، در دو سطح فردی و سازمانی انجام می‌گیرد و کارکرد سازمان پلیس را نیز تغییر داده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله As a futurist Alvin Toffler in his book "The Third Wave" Three distinct stages or "waves of change," he says. Toffler calls it the third wave. In the third wave, the information became common coin and extensive changes in society and especially in organizations bring. Their survival requires an organization to survive and adapt to the conditions ahead. Building organizational capabilities and new changes in various areas such as equipment, management practices, and infrastructure foundation for missions using the appropriate information, the characteristics such as accuracy, speed, versatility and public accountability will support and facilitation. Police is one of the most important organizations that this is no exception and should be leading in the development of these capabilities. The purpose of this paper is to study information technology in support of community policing. The results show that IT support from police agencies, at both the individual and organizational levels and functions of the police are also altered.Their survival requires an organization to survive and adapt to the conditions ahead. Building organizational capabilities and new changes in various areas such as equipment, management practices, and infrastructure foundation for missions using the appropriate information, the characteristics such as accuracy, speed, versatility and public accountability will support and facilitation. Police is one of the most important organizations that this is no exception and should be leading in the development of these capabilities.
