ارزیابی روابط علی میان شاخصهای تعالی عملکرد واحدهای نظامی (مورد مطالعه: یکی از سازمانهای نظامی واقع در تهران) |

یکی از موارد مؤثر در مدلهای تعالی، ارزیابی رابطـه علـّی میـان شـاخصهـای توانمنـدسـاز و نتایج است که پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسی این روابط در یکی از سازمانهای نظامی اسـت. بـر پایه مدل تعالی عملکرد نظامی، نویسندگان به بررسی رابطه علی میان پنج بعد توانمندساز (رهبری نظامی، راهبرد نظامی، شراکت و منابع، آمادوپشتیبانی نظامی و فرایندها) و نتایج (نتایج امنیتی، نتایج جامعه، رضایت ذینفعان اساسی، نتایج اساسی عملکرد) پرداختند. نوع تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی هم‌بستگی است و برای گردآوری اطلاعات از ابزار پرسش‌نامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارکنان یکی از سازمانهای نظامی واقع در تهران به تعداد 130 نفر و نمونه‌های انتخاب شده نیز 97 نفر تعیین شده است. در پژوهش حاضر برای بررسی روابط علی از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری خطی و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS استفاده شده است. بدین منظور پرسش‌نامه مورد نظر در یکی از سازمانهای نظامی توزیع و رابطه میان شاخص‌ها میان ابزار‌های پیش گفته بررسی شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، شاخصهای رضایت ذینفعان، نتایج جامعه و نتایج امنیتی در زمــره تأثیرپذیرترین شاخص‌ها بودند و هم‌چنین بررسی روابـط علـّی نشان داد در میان فرضیات مطرح شده تأثیر آمادوپشتیبانی نظامی در نتایج امنیتی با شدت بیشتری مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. |

Evaluation of Causal Relations Among the Indicators of the Excellence of Military Units’ Performance (Case Study: A Military Organization Located in Tehran) |

One of the effective factors in the models of excellence is the evaluation of the causal relationship between empowerment indices and results. The present study seeks to study these relationships in one of the military organizations. Based on the military excellence model, the authors examined the causal relationship between the five empowerment dimensions (military leadership, military strategy, partnerships, resources, military support and processes), and results (security outcomes, community outcomes, stakeholders' satisfaction, basic performance outcomes). . The research type is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of method, descriptive correlation is used and the questionnaire has been used for data collection. The statistical population of this research includes the personnel of one of the military organizations located in Tehran, 130 people, and 97 individuals were selected. In this study, for analyzing the causal relationships, the linear structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software have been used. For this purpose, the questionnaire was distributed in one of the military organizations and the relationship between the indicators among the tools was used. Based on the results of the research, stakeholders' satisfaction indices, community outcomes and security outcomes were among the most influential indicators. Also, the study of causal relationships showed that the effect of military support and military support on more secure results was confirmed more strongly. |
