معناداری زندگی فردی وسازمانی کارکنان ازبرنامه های راهبردی سازمان های اثر بخش محسوب می شود.معناداری در زندگی فقط به مفهوم زندگی نمی پردازد ،بلکه نگرشی عمیق تربه آن دارد و زندگی را ازتمامی ابعاد مورد بازنگری ومشاهده قرارمی دهد. درک وآگاهی ازمعنای زندگی فقط ازطریق هوش منطقی و عاطفی حاصل نمی شود ومستلزم استفاده از هوشی ورای دو هوش مزبوراست که چنین هوشی، هوش معنوی نامیده می شود. این هوش نه فقط درحل مسایل پیچیده که درحل پیچیده ترین مسایل ارزشی ومعنایی که حتی قوی ترین نرم افزارهای موجود قادربه حل آن نیستند،قابل استفاده است .هدف اصلی این نوشتار،شناساندن بیشترهوش معنوی وبهره برداری واستفاده هرچه بیشترازآن درحل مسایل فردی،گروهی وسازمانی پلیس ونقش آن در ارتقاء عملکرد شغلی کارکنان پلیس است.نیاز به شناخت ساختارتشکیل دهنده و مؤلفه های این نوع ازهوش به ضرورتی انکارناپذیرتبدیل شده است تا با تبیین هرچه بیشترآن بتوان راهکارهای عملی تر وکاربردی ترآن را درحل مسایل پیچیده به ویژه درمسایل سازمانی درجهت ارتقاء عملکرد فردی وسازمانی دریافت . با این اقدام ، ضمن آگاهی بخشی وتغییرنگرش مدیران درخصوص این موضوع می توان به ایجاد زمینه های فکری رشد وگسترش هوش معنوی درکارکنان دست یافت. براین اساس در این مقاله با تکیه بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای و با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی ، نسبت به پاسخگویی بـه سـؤال اصـلی «مؤلفـه هـای اصلی هوش معنوی کدامند و چگونه می توان هوش معنوی را در بین کارکنان پلیس گسترش داد و کاربردی کرد؟» و اینکه هوش معنوی چه نقشی در ارتقاء عملکردشغلی کارکنان پلیس دارد ،اقدام شده است و در نهایت به راهکارهای تقویت و رشد هوش معنوی در سازمان پلیس پرداخته شده است. |

Meaningful personal and organizational life of police staff is considered the strategic plans of efficient organizations. meaningful living is not just centered on life's definition, but it digs deeper into a profound attitude toward that, besides it revises life from various dimensions. Knowledge and perception of life's meaning is not just obtained through IQ and EQ, but it necessitates using intelligence beyond what were mentioned .such intelligence is named illusionary intelligence. not only is such an intelligence used in resolving complicated issues but also it is used in the most complex significant matters which no functional powerful application is capable of resolving it. The chief purpose of such0 abstract is to have illusionary intelligence acquainted, and employ it in solving individual, group and organizational issues, as well as its effect in police workings. However it is required to become familiar to the structure and elements of such intelligence which is turned into an undeniable issue which by much profound definition apply its functional solutions for complicated issues especially in promoting personal and organizational workings in organizational problems. By such an administration, it is possible to emerge mental fields to grow and improve illusionary intelligence as well as changing chiefs and administrators' mentality. In this article we aim to answer questions based on descriptive and analytical ways including: 1-what are the efficient elements of illusionary intelligence in the literature? 2-how is it possible to emerge and improve illusionary intelligence among police staffs? 3-what effects does illusionary intelligence have on improving police workings? Finally, this article is centered on a variety of solutions to solve, improve, and promote illusionary intelligence in police organization, besides some tips and recommendations are offered to reply mentioned questions which could be utilized to arouse chief administrators' attentions to employ them for success in police staff efficiency |
