عنوان فارسی طرح‌های انتظامی، راهبردی برای افزایش رضایتمندی مردم (مورد مطالعه: طرح انضباط اجتماعی در منطقه۳ تهران)
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ طی سال‌های اخیر مبادرت به اجرای طرح انضباط اجتماعی در چند منطقه از شهر تهران از جمله منطقه سه نموده است. از آنجایی‌که برخی منتقدین، اثربخشی اجرای طرح را مورد سؤال قرار داده و از طرفی اثربخشی اجرای طرح و رضایتمندی مردم، از نحوه‌ اجرای آن برای سیاست‌گذاران و مجریان طرح اهمیت زیادی دارد، لذا این تحقیق با هدف سنجش اثربخشی طرح انضباط اجتماعی و بررسی رابطه اجرای طرح با رضایتمندی مردم صورت گرفته است. روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق حاضر از نظر داده‌ها، کمّی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، مطالعه‌ همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را ساکنان منطقه 3 شهرداری تهران شامل 240000 هزار نفر جمعیت بالای 18 سال تشکیل می‌دهند که با استفاده از فرمول تعیین حجم نمونه تعداد 165 نفر از طیف‌های مختلف جمعیتی انتخاب شدند. ابزار سنجش پژوهش حاضر پرسش‌نامه 28 سؤالی محقق‌ساخته تشکیل می‌دهد. اعتبار ابزار به وسیله‌ آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و مقدار آن 83/. و روایی آن توسط روایی صوری تأیید شده است. داده‌های حاضر به وسیله‌ آزمون‌های آماری موسوم به همبستگی اسپیرمن و t تک‌نمونه‌ای در بسته‌ نرم‌افزاری spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها و نتایج: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که از نظر جامعه‌ نمونه، اجرای طرح انضباط اجتماعی در ابعاد سه گانه شامل ابعاد ترافیکی، افزایش امنیت و نظم اجتماعی اثربخشی لازم را داشته است و مردم نیز از نحوه‌ اجرای طرح رضایت دارند. در نتیجه، تعمیم اجرای طرح، با تقویت نقاط قوت و رفع نقاط ضعف و ملحوظ نظر قراردادن پیشنهادها و انتقادهایی پاسخ‌دهندگان امکان‌پذیر است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract: Background: Tehran police commander in recent years embarked on the implementation of social discipline in some areas of Tehran, including Tehran's District 3. While some critics have questioned the effectiveness of the implementation of the project and also the effectiveness of the plan and satisfaction of the people, the implementation of the scheme, it is important for policy making and implementation plan, Therefore, this study aimed to measure the effectiveness of social discipline and the relationship implementation to the satisfaction of the people has been done. Method: present study is quantitative data and has done for practical purposes and in view of the nature, is correlational study. The study sample consisted of 240,000 thousand residents of District 3 of Tehran's population are over 18 years and by using a formula to determine the sample size, 165 participants were selected from the whole of the population. Measurement tool developed by the researchers of this study will form questionnaire with 28 questions. Credit tool calculated by Cronbach's alpha of 83 /. And its validity was confirmed by content validity. The present data by one-sample t test and Spearman's correlation analyzed in spss software package is located. Findings and Results: The results showed that in terms of sample population, implementation social discipline in the three dimensions of aspects of the traffic, security and social order and people also has the necessary effectiveness of the implementation consent. Thus, , extension implementation with the strengths and eliminate weaknesses and taking into account suggestions and criticisms by the respondents, cited the comments in response to a confirmed it is possible.
